Perfect view of the mountains. Beautiful!!! Road is a bit hard to find...but when you're given the wrong directions by someone else, it usually is. Once we had the correct directions, we drove slowly and found the right Rd.

The food was a dream! My hubby especially loved the steak tips and the Mac and cheese. He can't stop talking bout the Mac and cheese. We'd love the recipe if it isn't too much to ask. Me? I loved everything! I ate too much, but it was worth it. Simply Delicious!!! My sister-in-law loved the eggs with ham we had for breakfast and the cheesecake.

We stayed in the red bldg down the Rd. Kinda rustic but perfect accomodations for our needs. And...the eclipse was beautiful from there.

We had a wonderful time and someday we'll be back. Can't wait!

Wonderful place, views and food. If you like the Historic Inns this is your place. Well kept and fabulous breakfast, was bummed we didn't see any Moose, maybe next year! Thanks again 😀

My husband and I spent Christmas at the Greenville Inn and it was one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had. I have to give a shout-out to the innkeeper Catherine! She was an absolutely extraordinary host. She was so kind, helpful and cheerful. She made our stay so wonderful. The building, grounds and view are gorgeous, but it was the food and the service that really wowed us. We will be back, and I hope Catherine will still be working there--owners, please pay her well and ensure you retain her!!

We stayed in cottage number 1 with our 2 young children sleeping on the pull out couch. They loved both the main house and our cottage. The cottage was very clean and smelled wonderful. The inn keeper’s whole family was a delight. Erin offered up so many things we never even expected. When the ice cream stores in town were closed for the night, she pulled out this amazing ice cream cone from their freezer for my kids that was covered in sprinkles, and had cookie dough in the base. It is a great location if you want to frequent the Greenville shops and restaurants and outfitters. Every staff member there was beyond courteous and kind. The breakfast is very yummy and we didn’t know this before we came, but you can even make reservations for dinner at the Greenville inn. I wish we would have known that in advance. Next time for sure. :)

We would stay here again, no question.

Beautiful accommodations, fantastic staff, very comfortable beds. We are completing our first stay in Greenville, Maine this morning. Four wonderful days and nights. Each started with a fantastic breakfast sitting on the porch overlooking the town of Moosehead and Moosehead Lake. Bo our waitress (the waitress) was so sweet and friendly. We were traveling with another family, so five children in all. The entire staff made sure everyone was well taken care of. We will certainly book another stay at the Greenville Inn the next time we are in town.

This is a beautiful inn at the top of the hill in Greenville. It has been lovingly cared for and kept the original woodwork. The staff was friendly and accommodating. So many amenities including an honor bar in the dining area. Wish we could have stayed longer, as we were only there one night.

This is a wonderful inn, off the main drag so it is quiet and private, but only a short walk to the middle of Greenville. We stayed in a suite at the back of the inn; two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a living room, very comfortable with dear friends. The breakfasts were great and there is always coffee, tea and cookies available to fill your tank. Friendly staff, a lovely place to stay.

We had a great time! It is a beautiful place! The owners are very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is awesome especially since it's homemade! I recommend staying at this place, either at the Inn or in one of the cabins, they have a variety of rooms and cabins to choose from that are beautiful, clean and comfortable! The Rates are affordable as well! My family and I will be going back, it's at a great location with beautiful views and not far from the lake, the many shops Greenville has and close to any and all activities you would like to participate in while your there. I give it 5 stars and can't wait to go back!

My friend and I are staying here now. There was a little confusion about which cottage we were in when we got here but they had actually given us a free upgrade at no cost! The owners are very responsive to texts and super friendly. I am looking forward to the rest of our stay and celebrating our 30th birthdays together!!

The Inn is a great place, accommodations were second to none, clean and quite. A beautiful place with a listing of an historic places. The food was really good and served promptly. Kat and Karen make you feel like family. Delightfully great place, hope to go back soon. My husband and I went up there to celebrate our 50th Anniversary, the Tower suite was just what we wanted.

My girlfriend and I stayed in one of the cabins for the 4th of July Weekend. Everything about this Inn is excellent! Our room was great and clean. The owners are extremely nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Also the location is perfect to get anywhere in the area. Can’t ask for anything more!

An absolutely lovely stay at the Greenville Inn at Moosehead Lake! Jeff greeted and welcomed us to his beautiful inn and made us feel right at home. The historic inn is so comfortable that you really just want to sit and enjoy being there whether it be on the porch with a class of wine or in your lovely room with a coffee!

My husband surprised me with a birthday staycation in Maine and we now know the only place to stay in the Moosehead Lake area is the Greenville Inn! We’ll definitely look forward to returning! Oh, and Jeff made the best blueberry pancakes I’ve ever had!

We were so happy that even during COVID-19 we were able to visit from VT. Our cabin was perfect and beautifully taken care of. The Inn is located right in Greenville but just a short drive to so many moose and gorgeous views. The owner was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and kind! We are so excited to come back in the fall :)

It was a beautiful place to stay and they made the best breakfasts we've ever had! Jeff, the owner, was a kind, funny and generous host. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was quiet and romantic. It was one of the best B&B's we've ever stayed in.

I absolutely love my 2nd home! Right from the get go, Jeff and Terry welcomed us at the top of the steps with excitement. The interior is a sight you really can't capture with words. The wood work, the interior designing, the surreal calm that falls over you as you sit in the Oak Room...
The grounds are beautiful. Maintained by Jeff and Terry, with the help of a awesomely diverse staff. Breakfast is always impressive. Especially if you catch Jeff on an Almond crusted French toast day. Great local shopping a stones throw from the front porch. Oh yeah, Squaw Mt. is open again this year for skiing and snowboarding!
We never look forward to leaving, always look forward to our return.
With love from the city.
See you soon. ❤

We spent 2 nights in Cabin 2 at The Greenville Inn. The cabin was clean, cozy and inviting. The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking and Jeff could not have been a more gracious host. We are already discussing our return visit.

Gracious, relaxing and extraordinarily hospitable experience for us! The Inn and grounds are expansive and beautifully situated to look out over the lake and town. It was our first B&B experience and we loved it! We'll definitely be back!
