Lee 'n Sons Plumbing

I really had a great experience with Lee 'N Sons Plumbing today. He came out right away and then fixed my issue and was on time and was reasonable. I wish I would have called him earlier.

We were terribly disappointed with our service from Lee n Sons Plumbing. We called them based on a word-of-mouth referral and absolutely would not recommend to anyone else.

We called regarding a leak. We did receive a timely call back and a scheduled service time for the following day. While the plumber (Greg) was prompt, he did not bring a snake and told us we would have to call a different plumber (with a different company) to snake the clog. He replaced some parts, and we paid him. Quickly after he left we discovered the leak wasn't fixed. We called again and were told they could not come back for service for a few days. We were unable to use our kitchen sink until the plumber returned.

Upon his return, he again "fixed" the issue and left. Again within moments of the plumber leaving, we found that the leak was not fixed. He also said he couldn't snake the drain on the second trip too. We called back and never got a return call. We ultimately had to call another plumbing company who fixed the problem, so we paid twice to have the same issue fixed. We had hoped to resolve this via a call but since they will not return our call, we felt it necessary to warn others.
