We’re in vacation in MAINE and today we decided to go up to Moose Head Lake
On the way we stopped at the most amazing store.

We were greeted by the most friendliest staff! Then the main gentleman let our kids hit and crack open a geode rock. He always lets you hit open a rock for free the first time you come in to store.

We found a lot of different crystals in all shapes and sizes. It was so beautiful. They had so many large pieces of droizy crystals!

If your looking for a reasonable and high quality crystal shop your in for a real treat!

This place is just amazing. You can literally stay here for 2 hours with kids and they will enjoy every minute here.
We have been coming here for the last 3years and my kids Love coming here.
Fred and Jordan are amazing owners and great friendly personality you will learn a lot about rocks

Jordan, the owner, was incredibly kind and generous to my mother and I when we visited the shop yesterday! He gave me a $45 discount on a larger piece, which was very unexpected and appreciated! His passion for geology and mining is evident! He has a vast variety of rocks, minerals, gemstones, crystals, jewelry, etc. All of which he acquires through personal relationships with miners all around the world. Everything is ethically sourced! Highly recommend buying from him either in the store, online, or via his live Instagram sales! He gives fantastic deals on his live sales, so make sure to check them out!

Visit this store every year and always fantastic items and a friendly Maine greeting. A must visit in Greenville. Owner is a real "Gem" of a guy 😊

We had a fantastic experience chatting with the employee about the area and about the minerals in the store. My children were able to break open a geode and look at some really interesting rocks and minerals! I definitely recommend stopping by anytime you are near Moosehead Lake.

Love going to this shop! Very beautiful and worth the drive! If I have any questions he’s always willing to inform me on anything that is asked. If I call to make sure he has a certain crystal or geode and if he doesn’t he’s always willing to put it in the next shipment he gets. The live shows are very informal as well if you can’t make it to the shop he is willing to ship it too you. He has a great website where you can order online. Definitely puts the customers first and there needs. 10/10 will always go back to Northern Maine Minerals

My rock-loving best friend and I visit this shop every year during our timeshare week and we always end up buying something. The owner is often on site and is extremely friendly and accommodating without seeming pushy. Always gives great deals on multiple items. This year we spent so much we got to smash geodes for free 😁

What a stellar store.

100% worth the drive up from Farmington to visit. Staff was wonderful! They had an excellent collection of minerals from all over the world, and even a great selection of fossils.

1st visit. Store had a large selection of geos and other stones. Some smaller fossils. Really set up nice. The people working there were very nice as well. Store was really set up nice. I would definitely recommend you stop in.

I'm a smaller collector and the specimens here are wonderful, good range of sizes and a great selection from around the world and locally. The shipping manager was working when we were there and she was very friendly and helpful.

Jordan is a kind person and always goes above and beyond to make his customers happy and provide the best experience possible within reason. Beware of fake reviews recently posted. They are all lies and have been generated by one unprofessional individual who has been trying to ruin his reputation.

Best quality crystals and customer service! I will only get my crystals from Northern Maine Minerals! The owner is amazing! Knows his stuff and is super helpful! I recommend him for all of your crystal purchases and questions!

Great shop with tons of cool stuff to look at and buy. We stumbled upon this place on vacation while out for a ride. Very nice guys the store was about to close when we got there. They said they didn't mind staying open if customers were there. We probably spent about 45 minutes looking around and talking to the guys. We got a bunch of cool stuff for ourselves and some gifts for others. If you're in the area definitely stop by and say hello.

The young lady at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to learning about the different crystals and minerals! Thanks to her I had an awesome time in the store and would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved the experience, was able to ask all the questions I needed and he was able to inform me and show me were he got the crystals. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back!!
