They listed slides for 60 online but I got them for 30 in person

There's about 12 pairs of shoes inside for men; and most of which are sold out or only have 2 sizes, and about 63,947 for women. So I figure 1 star for men, 5 stars for women. So I went right down the middle and rated it 3 stars.

EDIT: I've since been back and the selection for men is now ample. Changed from 3 to 5!

Good variety of designs. Just a little low on supply, but that was on memorial day. Great customer service. Staff are in plain clothes so it takes a moment to identify one.

This is one of my favorite DSWs as it has quite a large floorspace packed with a huge selection of shoes. There is also an especially large clearance section in the back with great prices.

The aisles seem a bit narrow and cramped as they try to include as many shoes as possible. However they do have adequate seating to try on sizes.

This location is usually very neat and organized. Today as usual I could see several employees continuously replacing loose shoes into boxes and placing them onto the correct shelf spaces throughout my visit.

Cashier was fast, polite, and professional. The public restrooms at the back of the store were clean.

I found my style and correct size, and look forward to shopping here again soon.

Definitely my favorite shoe store to go to! I love all the options ranging from shoes and some accessories. Very organized place and I love the clearance section separated by shoe size. Goods mens and children's section too.

Went to many different DSW stores but this one is one of the best ones. Skylar, the assistant manager helped with a return today, she was very professional and pleasant. Will definitely go back.

This is my favorite dsw. I live close to 2 other stores, but I like to drive a bit farther to go to this branch. Their clearance section has the best selection. I rarely leave without the item I'm looking for. The past few times I've shopped here, there has been an issue with the sale price not coming up at the register. The associates I was working with have all had great customer service and fixed the issue. Every one I have encountered has been polite and helpful. I'm invisible at a lot of stores, and tend to get ignored when I am in search of help. I feel seen at this location. I wish I could give an extra star for this!

Great selection of shoes. I can always find a cute pair of shoes in my size and sometimes on sale which helps. Also good selection of athletic shoes.

Not only is music playlist amazing, the customer service is second to none! I found a pair of black Cole Haan shoes that I have been looking for all winter and my excitement quickly turned to being bummed out when I notice a white stain on the front of one of the shoes. I did my best to try and clean it off myself but that failed. I decided to bring them up to the register anyways and ask if maybe the store had a way to clean the stain. Lionel was super nice about asking the The manager Karolina if she could take a look at the stained shoe and immediately she offered to give me a discount on the shoes! The exceptional customer service didn't stop there. As Lionel kindly asked if I had a coupons I mentioned that I always get them in the mail but forget to put them in my wallet and so he let me know that wasn't a problem he could look up my rewards by my email. Simple right? Wrong...the email I signed up with is no longer in use and so again Karolina was able to not only apply another discount using the rewards I failed to bring and have been sent to outdated email account, she also assisted in updating my email. THANKS AGAIN SO MUCH for the amazing customer service Karolina and Lionel!!!

Great shoes at a good discount.

I live about halfway between this location and the Oak Brook location and I always choose this location when I know I need to find shoes for an event or something. I never seem to find my size at Oak Brook. Here they are always well stocked and helpful. The men's selection seems to be a little bigger so my husband prefers coming to this location as well.

Best selection of shoes in Naperville. Been shopping here for all my shoes for as long as they've been open.

Employees were nice. Bright and clean. The selection didn't have what my son was looking for however. That's ok though, I like what they did have.

Found another pair of cool shoes! If you don't want to spend money, stay away from this place. Because everytime I'm there, I'm leaving with a bag. Large selections and occasionally a very good deal.

They returned my shoes that the geneva dsw would not for no reason ugh annoyed w the snotty young gal manager there but n-villes dsw did great ty so much I'll go there from here on out.
