One Stop Parking

First time using this shuttle/parking service and our experience was seamless! From the beginning of our trip when we pulled inside the garage we were greeted and handed a clearly printed ticket with all the necessary information we would be needing to retrieve our vehicle after we return from our trip. Left us feeling good about that in addition to the reasonable rate right from that point. Upon retrieving our baggage we called the number on the ticket (as instructed) and we were told to proceed to the Bus/Shuttle Center (which was challenging to find at Ohare - (that’s not One Stop fault the place is so huge) the dispatcher we spoke with was slightly difficult to understand however the van was waiting for us and the writing of the company was clearly on the van which made it so easy to see. Every one did a fantastic job from drop off to picking back up and we will not hesitate to utilize this service in the future. Van driver played soothing meditation type music and that was definitely a nice change as well ! We noticed it was exactly 11:11 upon pick up and for us that indicates rest assured and ALL is WELL! Keep up the great work everyone! Until we meet again ! Revised…wanted to add, I just checked my emails and they sent me a very detailed receipt from their services from what looks like immediately after we picked up the car and paid the bill. Super impressed !

The drivers I had, Luis and Arturo, were professional and kind!
I was in a huge rush and they had such an efficient check-in and shuffle system that I made it to airport on time! I ended up returning to one stop the same day due to flight delays which resulted in trip cancellation, and they were so kind. The only area for improvement is the wait time for the shuttle. I ended up waiting about 25-30 minutes.

I had never used anything like this before. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend.

Long wait for pickup 🤔

They use a 3rd party service that is only good for taking your money and makes communication impossible. We booked online and not until we parked the day of our travel and brought our keys to the front desk did they inform us they didn't allow motorcycles under any conditions. The customer service here is likewise terrible, after all the hastle they put us through they proceeded to be rude and unhelpful. They said the on-demand shuttle was 5 minutes away and we waited for almost 20. Couldn't even get a shuttle upon our arrival back and had to pay for a taxi... So do yourself a favor, save a lot of hassle added to your travel and DO NOT use this service

Took an entire hour to get someone to pick me up. Called multiple times to get a ride with the same answers. They are at terminal 2 and will be there within 10-15mins. I would not recommend using this service at all. Park at a hotel they have shuttles every 10-15 mins like clock work.

Horrible save some time and just park at the airport waited a hour for a shuttle on a Monday completely unacceptable!!! Customer service doesn't know anything and will continue to tell you 5 min and 5 will turn into a hour. drive speed and felt unsafe with my childern the shuttle!!

Poor service! They will not pick you up from the airport. Sky blue is a better option! Don’t waste your time

Horrible noticed through my vehicle app they drove my vehicle about a mile. Beware if u dont want them to test drive your vehicle while you are gone!! Never again!

Our car was badly scratched during our week parked in the garage.They refuse to take responsibility. Never use them!
