Service is always great but today... exceptional! Quick and easy. In and out. The lines were moving at a good pace. And Joseph, who helped me load my car (5 cases of water) was amazing. Thanks!

I had a great experience. Everyone was very personable. Joseph was a real stand out. He helped me put a queen sized bed onto my truck. He was very helpful and pleasant.

I can’t rave enough about this place! I have shopped here by accident. What I mean about that is I was stuck in traffic and I felt no need of stopping at my local grocery store . So I decided hell, I will kill two birds with one stone. so I went shopping here at Costco, omg can I say the store was clean everything I needed was right at my finger tips. and the service was excellent , plus I went to the food court to indulge!!! and can I say wow!! Food was hot and fresh!!! So bottom line from the minute I walked in to the time I left Costco, I was an impress new Costco shopper!!!

This location has very helpful staff and is very well maintained. The pizza and ice cream they sell is very yummy and top tier. Love how the sample employees continue to give detail description of the product even as you grab and go.

Me and my sister came to Costco in Melrose park and a kind young man name Joseph was so friendly and ask if we needed help with our 6 packs of water and a few more items. He helped us loaded it all in the trunk. There should be more employees like Joseph who are so helpful and kind with a smile on his face. Thank you Joseph!

A typical Costco in Chicago area. Costco has always been our favorite because of its price and quality. They always maintain a good standard for stuff made for the family. On top of that their customer service is just the best. This location is just another usual costco. We stopped by in the evening to grab some stuff. Women’s clothing section had a great collection. I bought a nice plush jacket from Columbia in a relatively cheap price. Felt like won! The store was organized, neat and clean. The washroom was pretty decent too.

Food court is on point and cheap.

Monday to Friday the food court isn't too busy, Saturday & Sunday forget about it
Way too busy.

I don't buy groceries here.
1. Too expensive
2. You have to buy in large quantities
3. Too many lines (long line to show your card to get in, long line to check out, long line to show your receipt to leave, and another line to just get out of the parking lot)

Aldi is just as cheap or cheaper and you don't need to buy 10 lbs of any 1 item.

But as far as the food court is concerned 5 stars 👍🏻

Joseph P. was extremely helpful loading a lounge chair into the back of my van. Bulky and heavy. But he was friendly, cheerful, willing and able. I love Costco and the folks who work there, like Joseph.

Costco is an incredible store that truly has it all. From essential vitamins to juicy steaks perfect for grilling, I found everything I needed for both home and work attire in one convenient location. The variety and quality of their products are unmatched, making every trip a satisfying experience. Plus, the added convenience of picking up fresh flowers for my spouse on the way out just adds to the overall appeal of this fantastic store.

Nice prices, friendly employees all around, knowledgeable staff especially in the wine department (I didn’t buy any but I overheard an employee explaining about and helping with a wine purchase) The snacks were freshly prepared and very low cost.

Yes, we're at that age where we buy clothes from Costco! We have bought pajamas, robes, shoes, pants, linen shirts, leisure clothes, oh and light jackets and winter coats! They are comfortable and long lasting. Love the frozen items since we can't finish all the fresh produce in time, frozen works best. The vegetables, meats, fruits, and other prepared foods are a must for any household.

Costco remains the only place you can get your tires rebalanced, buy 3,650 mg of Allertec, & eat a pizza all in the same place

Doing club membership the way it should be, good prices, good products, good happy people getting paid a living wage. Unlike Sam's club that pays minimum wage and as much as 30% of the workers are supplemented with our tax dollars, as the Sam's corporation makes millions.

This Costco is clean, folks are friendly and courteous, and it’s Costco! Just the best!

Costco is always an adventure! From free samples to frequent new products, it is fun to walk the aisles a couple of times a month. This time, I indulged in a hot dog and a slice of pizza from the cafe, all told, with Pepsi, 6 bucks. (It was too much food- next time one or the other!)
What you may not know is different Costco locations have different items. The Oak Brook warehouse has many interesting upscale products not found at this store... I wonder why? 🤔
Found some summer shorts on sale, and Greek olives are back. BTW, try the Korean BBQ pork jerky!!

I have two stores in the north and the first one is serious, the cleanliness and the areas are all in order. I love it. Thank you 😌

Costco always has fresh products in all areas of the store. I love te croissants they are freshly made every day, buttery on th inside, perfect crunchy on the outside. And they almost always have huge bags 9f doritos on sale. Thw one thing that I can't stand from Costco is the parking lot not welled designed. I hate the parking design so annoying!!!! Lol!!!!!

Very busy as you would expect on a Saturday, but the crew at cosco handled the crowd well.
