I had an amazing experience with this pharmacy. They were able to handle my fathers prescription and have it delivered the same day. It was not just their efficiency in delivering the medication, but also their excellent customer service. I felt like I was speaking to someone who wanted to take care of me as if I were their family. I will be coming back here for all my needs. I was in need of covid tests and the pharmacy was so great and helpful! I want to aknowledge Marta the technician who was the one who helped me and sent out covid tests to me and i received them the next day! she was so kind and nice, i will definately be back! thank u for your great service Marta!

I have been a customer since April 2018 and the service as well as the consultation has been tremendous. I lived in the city of Chicago at one time and since I moved to Bolingbrook and am unable to pick up my medication they mail it to me. The staff is personable and always treat you with care and respect. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for that "Personal Caring Touch".

Words can not express all the gratitude I have for all the staff at Xpress pharmacy. They have excellent customer service and are so detailed and informative. My kids were constantly getting ear infections, strep, flu and bugs you name it, however the staff at Xpress always came through for me with the meds and at great prices. At one point I was sent additional medication from the pediatrician and they brought it all the way home for me. 💕 i couldn’t feel any more thankful. Highly recommend this pharmacy!!! Thanks to each and every staff member for the great service.

I *LOVE* Xpress Pharmacy! It was due to a suggestion to switch pharmacy's by my nurse practitioner. I'd only ever gone to big box pharmacy's growing up and into adulthood. Everyone is amazing! They know it's me when I call and it's like I'm talking to one of my best friend's. I legit made a call earlier in the week and the pharmacist/tech who answered the phone was like, "Hey, Malana, what do you need!" We actually laughed over it because I was so thrilled that I didn't feel like just another transaction or patient ID.

Whenever I personally talk to the pharmacist, Jay, he is kind and caring about my needs. He listens to what I'm experiencing and makes suggestions to ensure my optimum health. I really appreciate that!

Did I also mention that Xpress Pharmacy will deliver your scripts to your door!? This helps make life so much easier! Especially when you are dealing with general adulting and the stress over your medical interventions. Everyone should switch to Xpress Pharmacy because your health is important and you're not just another transaction.

This pharmacy is quick and reliable. They do free home delivery too which is great. Technician Marta has been very helpful and nice anytime I call.

When I came into the pharmacy to get my Dads diabetic medication, the whole staff just gave me positive energy. The young girls who work there are so vibrant and helpful. The girl Manar and her brother (the pharmacist) was very uplifting and reassured me that the staff will make sure my dad receives the proper care and understanding of his new lifestyle as a diabetic patient.

I believe wholeheartedly that this is the best pharmacy ever. Rarely encountered a waiting time for my meds and the pharmacist is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I can almost bet that guy knows every single patient he has encountered by name. The staff are a bunch of hard workers that will do anything to make sure you are satisfied. Also free delivery of my meds? I can't ask for more.

We were in town during a layover after a flight from Denver and needed to get a prescription filled quickly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and truly caring. We were in a rush and they got us in and out in minutes. I couldn't ask for better service.

I love this pharmacy, they serve our patients with great care and even better prices and delivery for anyone who cant get out and pick up their medications. The pharmacist is very knowledgable and honestly a caring person all around. They def go above and beyond anything a pharmacy needs to do.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. Got my dad refills expressed service over the weekend for my dads blood thinners. Very serious med to not miss and I was terrified when he ran out.

best pharmacy in town. if you call any major pharmacy it will take you 20-30 min to get to a pharmacist. here you can get to a pharmacist right away. very professional and helpful team. I recommend switching all your prescriptions to this pharmacy.
