Baconator Fries are legendary..It's a step up from typical smash-your-burger fast food for sure; Whichs why I gave it 5 stars. What I order doesn't have enough sauce to be the dish in its entirety but again, Above expectation. There wasn't a rushed/impatient employee whilst figuring out order details, Nor did they immediately open the window& demand payment as soon as I reached it. Being treated like a human +giving the same decency in return in so scarce in the fast food industry.

Better than average fast-food experience. Drive-thru is quick, food tastes good, love the outdoor seating option. Restaurant is in a slightly busy area, so traffic is abundant but so is people-watching!

I eat here consistently! The food is always good and there is plenty of variety to keep me from getting bored. Any time there is an issue with my order (which is relatively consistent with night shift), they always fix it in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and humorous, and I've never been given issues about my service dog accompanying me in the store.

Over worked short staff but everyone kept going without any complaining. Shame on management.

Great service and great customer service. Despite the restaurant being absolutely packed with customers, the staff was very fast and accurate with the preserving process. The food was very good also, I would recommend to stop here for lunch.

The food has always had a really good flavor. Sometimes the drive thru moves extremely slow. Very frustrating while doordashing, because it costs money to sit in a drive thru.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 10 Biggie Bags. Apologized for not calling it in first since it was a big order. They did excellent about getting it out to me quick. And it was very organized! Thanks Wendy's ❣

Admittedly Wendy’s is my favorite fast food burger place. Today we had the best Wendy’s meal we’ve ever had in our lives. All the food was super fresh, bacon was crispy and the chicken nuggets were almost too hot to touch. The lady at the drive thru had a good sense of humor too. Good job to this location’s team! Keep up the good work and we’ll see you when we drive thru again.

It was pretty quick there was a couple cars in front of me and I probably waited 7 8 minutes and when my order was really quick. wasn't a lot of communication just my card and my food was out quick with my soda wasn't much to talk about. Damn that breakfast baconator is good it's sausage patty with egg and bacon on it it's just too awesome.

The Wendy's in marion il was amazing and thy where very professional and the staff made sure to stay on top of cleaning and making sure that the dining room area was clean

Delicious food, it was fast (as it should be, it's a fast food restaurant), and an awesome Coca-Cola freestyle drink machine! It's very nice inside, I like it. Especially the large window where you can see Route 13. The staff is nice, as well. The remodel makes it even better. Food is always fresh and tasty.

New strawberry frosty is awesome. As usual the chili dogs and bacon burgers were great. Bake potato was very good also.

As far as Wendy's goes, this one was pretty good. Looks like it was recently renovated, so finishes are all very nice, menus are displayed on TVs, etc. Staff was very friendly. There's a part of the dining area that looks like it used to be enclosed all in windows - like a sun room - before the renovation that desperately needs lighting. I'm sure they're planning on adding some, but in the meantime it's dark and gloomy, a stark contrast to the rest of the well-lit dining room.

Food was fresh and cooked to order had a triple stack Burger Patty so hot I could barely Eat it. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in the mood for a nice warm juicy Burger. Also the fries were really good and the drinks were not water down. What definitely recommend to anyone who needs a quick bike preferably on a lunch rush even then they're quick to get your food to you fresh.

So my daughter always gets nuggets and always wants a bite of mommies 🍔 then ends up wanting said 🍔. Well today she wanted a burger and bacon on it dressed with everything. We order off of $1menu because it was a late lunch so it will ride us over til supper as usual best 🍔 from a fast food in my opinion for price point. It must of been good because she ate the whole thing and has been requesting to go back on a daily matter. She's 7 if this helps.

Omg I love Wendy's. The line is always so long but so worth it. The satisfaction of dipping my fries in my frosty after a long wait is unparalleled. Completely unmatched. 10/10 we need another Wendy's in Marion to satisfy demand 👌

Fast friendly service - clean restaurant. Their apple pecan chicken salad is wonderful. Their new maple bacon chicken sandwich on croissant is AMAZING! Yes, it's expensive for fast food, but SO worth it! Do yourself a favor & try it!

This wendys is my favorite! For as busy as they are, the drive thru is very fast! It has the best food and service and I always get what I ordered! The staff is super friendly! I don't even know how they could improve! I stop here daily on my way to work and the one in Carbondale sucks compared to this one. Great food, great price! Friendly faces! Thanks for being a great stop in Marion!
