Fazoli's

Tim brought our food to the table and we received the best service possible. He was great and a asset to you company. He deserves to be acknowledged for his customer service.

When they brought our food to the table, we were one meal short. We looked at the receipt and realized the cashier didn't ring it up. The worker who brought out our food, who appeared to possibly be a manager, apologized and immediately went to go grab another one. I offered to pay and he adamantly refused. Great customer service.

Hot fresh delicious. Only disappointment was bread sticks were not fresh.

Our server Tim provided exceptional service: attentive & considerate. Overall restaurant service and performance was great for a fast food restaurant - fast and order all correct. Tables and all areas clean.

We had lunch here today and I've never seen them so busy. But Tina, one of the workers helped put some tables together for our large group. As overwhelmed as they were, the staff did an amazing job keeping everthing clean and the food was delicious, as usual.

My granddaughter wanted to go here. We had a good time and the food was great. We went early on a Saturday evening to avoid a crowd.

Awesome staff always, great food for the price, good portion, and kid friendly. Oh yeah, the bread is amazing. Thank you.

Learn to love him in Las Vegas when I live there and just couldn't believe my luck.When I moved southern illinois that we had one here.
Such a much better option than Olive Garden.The bread sticks are endless and hot.The foods delicious and inexpensive compared to Olive Garden

My food tasted fresh, line moved quickly and the drive-thru worker was very nice!

For fast food Italian, it sure does at the spot! What really makes Fazoli‘s great is the nostalgia. We loved eating here when we were broke college students. Maybe not this location but they’re all pretty much the same. What made this location the best was the staff. We laughed and joked around quite a bit. They were super helpful.

We loved the food and the service was even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, even checking in with us at the table a couple of times. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and my husband got the baked lasagna and we each got a side salad. We were very pleased with the lunch menu where you can get two option for only $6. We also really appreciated that there was very little waste involved with the meal- the plates and cutlery were reusable (and were quite clean!).

Great Italian food for dining in or on the go! I have been eating here for years and I have never had a bad experience. The food is great, the employees are great and the atmosphere while dining in is great. Don't forget the delicious breadsticks! They have many great options, my favorite being the lasagna. Great restaurant!

Haven't been here in a long time.. food was excellent for the price . Service was great. Bread sticks were delicious as ever. Gluten free options probably the best of any Fastfood .

Lost ours in Peoria, IL so we always stop when we see one. Consistently great food!
