The server was not very attentive at all and did not explain extra fees added onto the check until the very end of the meal

This place is filthy in the back. They don't wash their hands after using the restroom, and then go and fix your food afterwards.
The health inspectors cited them for having roaches and rodents, and they are using old sour meat. And they've been caught putting water in the liquor bottles.
