I came in, completely expecting to have to go get my car from somewhere else, and then I found at least 10 cars that I absolutely loved. They're affordable, and there's great customer service. They really take care of their customers and you can see this when you walk in the door. I bought a Chrysler 300c from here and I've only had to do minor changes to it such as change the license plate light. Other than that, the car is a dream and I love driving it. I suggest Best Buy Auto Sales for anyone looking for an affordable car that will last you a long time.

Recently bought a Hyundai Elantra from these guys and it was extremely smooth. Very good service very fast. Very impressed with the professionalism . The value is also over the moon, My car has less than 100,000 miles and I was able to get it for less than $6,000 which was such a great deal. Definitely will go to them first if I need another vehicle

After we narrowed down our search on the website we came in to look around and test drive and found the staff helpful and never creepy pushy.
I bought my daughter her first vehicle from them and Steve gave her a fantastic deal, taught her how to check the fluids, and how to care for her vehicle. He made sure it was safe and all repairs up to date. He was never pushy- very patient and professional. I have never been treated so well in buying a vehicle. It was a very busy day with a lot of customers buying vehicles at the same time but we never felt rushed. Our vehicle is solid and my daughter loves it! They also work on the cars they sell so if we ever have a problem they will fix it.

There is no pressure to buy which was very welcome. Process was fast and efficient. We came in after choosing a vehicle online. From test drive to registration to out the door it took about an hour. I was all over the place, but never any attitude and were ready & willing to try another vehicle for me. Most places have not been so kind. This place is busy. Yet they still make u feel welcome.

I definitely recommend them for anyone interested in a new car. Also, if you feel that the cars you review on the website are not looking good, go over there. My experience was that most of them were better than they looked in the website.

I just purchased a 2005 Jeep Liberty from here and I couldn't be happier! The owner is a super-nice guy and his entire family (who also works here) is also incredibly kind and polite. They have a very good selection of nice used cars and made the buying process easy and stress-free. If I buy another used vehicle in the future I will definitely be making the trek from Arkansas to Illinois to buy a vehicle here!
