They did an awesome job installing my new chrome rims on my 2014 Lexus GS350. Highly recommend Plaza tire to do it right. It only took them 2 hours to mount and balance all 4 wheels. Thank you for your great work.

Today I had a front end alignment done as well as replacement of all 4 tires on my Dodge Ram 2500. There was other work that needed done that was found during the alignment. I was called by Scott who walked me through the found problems and explained my options. Everything they did at this business was very professional. I am pleased with the work they did. Great experience.

Friendly and honest at the counter. Did a great job to cut and free my spare from the undercarriage. Reasonable charge. Went above and beyond for a non tire change task.

Edit... several years have passed and I again chose Plaza for front brakes this time, and bearings. They were outstanding. So easy to talk to and so easy to understand. Sent me pics of the issues and what the cost would be. I was back on the road in a few hours! Wonderful folks.

I recently purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander and was concerned about its condition. They changed my oil. Addressed issues with the rear breaks and replaced some suspension parts. The Jeep drives MUCH better!! They did their jobs and so much more. I’m a customer for life!

I needed all 4 tires replaced before a long trip and they were able to get me in quickly, had the tires in stock and completed the job in no time! I also requested to keep the tires they were taking off and they stacked them in the back nicely without any issues! I will absolutely continue using this location and highly recommend!!

Plaza Tire in Murphysboro is the best! I had a nail in my tire and they got it fixed in a hurry so that I wasn’t late for court! The best!

They never pull my leg about the time estimate and the other day it was on the nose. They made it so I went from a Good Samaritan putting the donut on for me at 9pm the previous night to Plaza doing two new tires, a rotation, and packing up my donut and jack so I was back on the road and headed to an event by 10:45am the next day. That's amazing to me and I am so grateful. They're always courteous and professional too. Thanks Plaza!

The guys got me scheduled right away. They performed all the services I requested and did it quickly! :)

Very professional at their job unlike a lot of car service places in the area. They wait for you to tell them what you wanted. I just wish Cindy Bs was open! So now when I go back I know not Mon or Tues. Good job guys!

3/1/24 I have never had a complaint from here. These guys are all very personable. I love the way they make me feel important even if it's something simple I'm having them do. I seen Rob today, who I believe is the district manager now. He even remembered me. It's been a long time since I've seen him. These guys are awesome! You couldn't get a better group of people to work on your vehicle! You have my 10 STAR +. THANK AGAIN FOR ALL YOU DO TO KEEP MY FAMILY SAFE ON THE ROAD!

I have been doing business with Plaza Tire for over 12 years. I have always found the employees to be very helpful and pleasant. They all have treated me with respect and they never fail to have a smile. I find them to be very helpful when I have questions. They go above and beyond to help me with my vehicles. If they can't fix it they usually refer me to someone who can. Prices seem fair and I always love the coupons. A special thanks to Harlum, he never makes me feel like I'm putting him out. If I need something done in a hurry on my car he will do his best to work my car in. Thank you Plaza Tire Employees for always giving me a pleasant experience. Everyone one of you are AWSOME! Thank you Rich for being so kind and taking the time to answer all my 50 questions about purchasing tires. Lol. Ian, sorry if I spelled your name wrong. You were the new guy on the block and I'm so glad you were hired. They made a great choice. You took the time to help me with the questions about tires and when you didn't have the answer you didn't hesitate to hand the phone to someone who knew. Thank you! Robert your always there to great me at the side doors to add some air to my tires when they read low. Never complain, rain, snow, freezing cold you always have a smile. People have asked me.. Why do you take your car to Plaza and not some place cheaper.. I just tell them that sometimes it's not about the money it's about the service you get and the loyalty to their customer. It's the genuine feeling you get that they truly care, when you walk out that door. I think their prices are fair. But the service out weights the price. Thank you to the Plaza employees. If I have forgotten someone I'm truly sorry. I will update again.

10/10 Best service at an auto shop that I’ve ever been to. Harlan, Zachary, and Robert all were well informing and helped me with all my needs very grateful for this shop to be in our hometown :)

Stopped in to have my tires checked and needed a new set. Plaza helped me choose the best for my car and installed them, and had me on my way in about 90 minutes.

I brought my car in because my tire kept needing air. There was no pressure to purchase all 4. I did purchase all 4 when he explained the problems of the wearing from the one tire going flat and the treads.

My concern was my husband has dementia and I did want to be gone very much longer.
The techs got me in and out in record time.

They will never know how much that meant.

I received great service! :-) I had my oil changed and tires rotated within the hour of my scheduled appointment. I felt that the
waiting area was clean and well attended. My only complaint as a new customer was that I was unsure of what the cost may be and it came to a little more than I was anticipating, however the timing, service, convenience and attentiveness to the details made it worth it I feel. :-)
