Lollie's Cafe

We love locally owned, hard working restaurants. We discovered Lollie's on a recommendation and now we eat here EVERY time we go to Sparta. The food is always delicious and served quickly.
While it's a low-key and not fancy at all place, the staff is amazing. You can tell there's great leadership within their structure. They aren't forced to ask you if you need anything, it's clearly genuine. They ensure you have a good experience through personal interaction. Well done team, you're doing it right.

I only wish the stars were larger and more of them. From time you walked in the two young gentleman were outstanding. Gave plenty of time to order to asking if we needed anything. Just two guys cooking and serving. The food was excellent and rather cheap. Don't know who owns the restaurant but you have two of the best people you could have been so lucky to have these days. Looking forward to stopping and eating again.

Lollies is the best eating place in Sparta, service is great and everything is always great, I've never had any food that wasn't great at Lollies! And prices are very reasonable! Thanks Lori

Very cozy place, staff were all friendly and service was great! Our food was delicious! My kiddo and I both got the BBQ pork sandwichs with chips, as well as mozzarella sticks that had incredible cheese pulls, lol!

Very fast service, extensive menu of dinners and sandwiches, $1 beers, $2 shots an ATM and some slot machines. Nearby Pizza Hut, Briarwood Inn and airport. Staff friendly, Ashley provided great service.

Friendly. Fast service. Waitress checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. The portions are decent. The horseshoe plate is ginormous. The only issue I had is when you pay with a credit card they charge you a fee. I thought that was considered a business expense and is tax deductible.

Classic diner. Ordered a cheeseburger which I normally wouldn't in a diner bc they are usually pre-fab yuck. Lollie's was different. Excellent burger. They clear make them by hand. Waiter was awesome with checking on us but not bothering us. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

The food is great. Amazing Breakfast Horseshoe.. the Gravy is delicious.. Friday special they have bluegill and catfish.. everyone in family was pleased with their meals.

This place has one of the best pattie melts I've ever had! A place with the same high levels of quality, speed, and friendly staff that you get at Lollie's is hard to find. This place never fails my expectations.

This place has a wide variety of food on the menu from breakfast omelets French toast pancakes and your classics also wide variety of lunch and dinner options from fish cod and catfish meatloaf pork chops everything my family has ordered has been very good fresh and hot never a big wait for food or drink also excellent dessert

I have eaten at many cafes and diners all over the U.S. over the years. Lollies is one of the best. The steak I ordered almost melted in my mouth. Although they were pretty crowded, we were initially served within minutes. Top 10 in Illinois in my opinion.

We stopped here on our way to Memphis Tennessee. The food here was outstanding. My husband joked with me that he hasn't seen me eat that much of my food ever. I got the pony breakfast shoe my husband got the breakfast horse shoe and my son got french toast with bacon. Will definitely make the drive here again for their food

The dayshift cook always accommodates my dietary needs. She is a good cook. Multiple items on menu. They have real delicious American fries that are crispy and delicious. Spaghetti marinara or with meatballs. Good grilled or fried fish. Great homemade meals.
