Came in late near closing time to purchase chicks and keets. Associate was friendly and helpful in spite of having to stop cleanup to help me. I really appreciate that kind of service!

I've never been disappointed with Buchheit, they've been able to cover any building or repair issue by having parts I need in stock. The animal feed variety is good and my dog needs a good joint supplement and they have that on the shelf. The outdoors section is huge with everything from fishing to gardening to cooking to lawn equipment. Not overpriced like some would think by not being a huge retail chain and they have a buyer's club that will get you additional savings too! Their friendly and knowledgeable workers are a great asset.

Was able to find everything I needed for my yard. Wouldn't need anywhere else to go to when it comes to working out in the yard or fishing or even hunting or farming they have it all.

They usually have everything I need for building, repairing and for animals. Employees are very helpful and respectful.

Great store for your building needs

I haven't been there in a few years, it did not disappoint. They still have all great things that I remember. I think besides Robertson Farm store in National City, they were one of the first farm and home stores.

Got same day delivery on a item I purchased. Very helpful staff!

Best farm store around. From chainsaws to countertops. We purchased cambia quartz countertops from Tara and are very happy.

This store has just about everything you will need from clothes and shoes/boots to lumber and hardware, power and hand tools, and sporting goods/guns/ammo. One of my favorite places to go.

Amazing people, always love coming in. The employees are amazing, very helpful with everything. Whenever I bring my rabbit in (which I got from them) they're always giving her treats and petting her, she loves it. Amazing with my dogs even though they are faint breeds, and overall some of the sweetest people you could ever meet.

My wife and I had moved to central Illinois for the last ten years and have recently returned to the area. When I think of your store, I couldn’t help but remembering her complain, that as a woman, she was always made to feel invisible, when it came to the staff.
She recently visited the Sparta store. She said it was a 100% turnabout. The staff was very attentive and professional.

We went to get landscape blocks and paving sand. They had it all on sale which was great. Then we had a great guy load it all for us because I can't do it. He was very helpful and very polite. He really was one of the nicest I've had help. I didn't catch his name unfortunately. He even said thanks for shopping at Buchheits. That is excellent customer service. Thank you. I hope him or is bosses read this.
