Due to Covid, I only saw 2 of the staff. I was greeted by a security guard who asked me to use the hand sanitizer and then handed me a paper towel when the pump gave me enough for 3 or 4 people. He then directed me to a seat in the socially distanced waiting area. The man working in the reception area was knowledgeable and very pleasant. He gave me additional information while scanning the copies I had brought in for a friend. I have found all of the staff that I have talked to over the phone to be helpful and considerate.

Quiet guard protected office and I took a friend there and it was almost empty inside, so we got in and out pretty quickly!!!

Very helpful and fast both times I went...also assisted me in doctors to find, housing assistance help, and local agencies to go to near Carbondale for different things I inquired about.
