I have rented from Avis twice now and both have been great experiences. The first time I got a hybrid minivan that saved us a lot of money on gas and ran like a dream. The second time I had reserved a truck, but realized after I had reserved it that it did not have unlimited mileage. However, when I went to pick it up, there was not a truck available so I got a minivan that did have unlimited mileage. It had enough room in the back to transport the item I had planned to get with the truck, so it worked out great!

The rental process was quick and easy and the price of the rental was a lot better than some other car rental places

Perfect experience as far as car rental. Seamless pick-up and return. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The Toyota Sienna carried 5 adults 1800 miles in comfort and 7 adults on short trips for three days in comfort. I'll probably CRY if I ever have to rent from a different agency than Avis!!

This was a great vehicle (Camry) that was very clean. It was brand new and exactly what I needed for my family of four. The paperwork and car were waiting for us and check out and check in later in Nashville, Tennessee were very simple. It was a little strange when I picked it up in Huntsville, Alabama though. The woman at the desk seemed overwhelmed and a little angry. The car only had less than a quater of a tank of gasoline and I almost ran out. I had wanted to get the car by buying full tank but the desk person said they were out of gas and if I brought it back with a full tank Avis would compensate me later. out of gas?

I arrived on a late flight that landed just after 10pm which is closing time for HSV Avis. They stayed open for me and were waiting for me. Tre and Mary were great and made the late night transition from flight to car super easy and quick. Thank you for your patience, proactivity, and great customer service.

2021 Camry was great full-size car with excellent 40 mpg highway mileage. Camry had no problems over 3000 miles trip. Avis has great cars to choose from, easy on line transaction procedure, efficient pickup / return process and excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

My plane arrived about 45 minutes late, staff at the Avis desk very nice and helpful. I had the keys in a matter of a few minutes and was on my way with the rental car in another 5 minutes. Everything worked easily, car was clean and easy to maneuver. Drop off was easy and close to check in at the airport.

Avis is a great place to rent a car. I always get great service, a nice car at a fair price. The process is easy , the agents treat me like they truly care about me has a customer and person. Picking up and returning the car is a breeze. The TSA should hire Avis managers to work security at the Airports LoL. The only constructive criticism I can give is pay attention to detail when cleaning the cars, do more than run it through a car wash and pay attention to windows. Great place to rent a car, I will definitely call Avis when checking out rental car deals.

I look to Avis First for all of my rental needs. The vehicle was new, clean and with very low mileage. As expected, Avis provided nothing short of the best quality service. I was greeted by name with a smile before getting up to the customer service counter due to my frequent rentals at this location. The Avis employees are top notch and the best in the business. I am treated like a family member at all times. The other companies I've used in the area gave me attitude. Avis's people, quality service and vehicles are why I choose them first for all of my rental needs. I am looking forward to expanding our relationship well into the future.

I had called the two national companies I have accounts with and both could not accommodate my needs to pick up and drop off at different airports. The cost was a little higher but I was given a upgrade at the time of pickup which was offered if available at the time I booked my car.
