I love this going to this McDonald just for Marcia. Her sweetness, happiness and smile are contagious and makes my day better just by going there.
Also they are really good at keeping the line moving no matter how busy they are and all with a smile and kindness.

I come to this McDonald’s in the mornings around 6:30am almost every weekday, Marcia and Sylvia are always bringing a positive attitude and energy, they’re both very sweet and kind, and they never fail to bring up my mood so early. They always do their job exceptionally well and they work very hard, especially for how early it is in the day. I love knowing I can look forwards to seeing these very sweet ladies in the morning because their attitudes lift up many other people’s and they inspire me to be nicer and work harder in life. Clean, quick, and tasty! The kiosk things were weird so we didn't use them. Our fries were fresh and hot. Same with chicken nuggets. And szechuan sauce?
Woah! Flashback! Staff was your typical McDonald's staff. Supplies were stocked. New place looks good.

Very personable staff. My order was correct with quick service.

I typically get breakfast at McDonald's, and I visit several of them in the greater Huntsville area each week. This is one of the few that keep an eye on the front counter for customers who prefer not to use the automated tellers. Feels like an older location, but the service was quick, food was good, and the store was clean.

Fancy, new McDs! Indoor play area. Ordering screens and they bring the food to your table for dine in. Cool accessible fidget table as well.

The staff was nice and the food was piping hot.

I didn’t really want McDonald’s tonight cause I’ve had it once this week. But your competitors looked to be closed so I grabbed my phone and placed my mobile order. I gotta say customer service makes the whole difference and after passing the first window, I realized I did want McDonald’s and I’m glad the competitors looked closed. The whole experience went smoothly. I used my reward for a free quarter pounder with cheese and I customized it and it was made properly and quickly. My fries were hot and delicious and my shake was wonderful too. But what I loved the most was when I got to the first window-I had already paid through the app-the young lady had my receipt ready and a beautiful smile on her beautiful face and said “thank you”. I get to second window and that lady handed me my shake and also had a beautiful smile on her beautiful face and asked “if I wouldn’t mind pulling up to next window and they’d bring my food.” Promptly and not really a wait at all, a young man, also with a smile on his face, gave me my food and told me to have a good night. Y’all 3 have restored my faith in customer service!!! Thank you for your hospitality and thank you for your warm and friendly smiles because you never know what another is going through especially during the holidays and I know y’all helped me to grab an inward smile myself. Thank you again.

Kearstin was outstanding and so kind helping my senile father learn how to use the McDonald’s app to order a Big Mac. She showed leadership, initiative, analytical skills, command of knowledge, and unbelievably good communication skills after an adverse change in store circumstances caused a procedural shift in operations, late one weeknight.

Every time I have gone through the drive thru Marcia is always super sweet. This lady always makes it a point to ensure customer service and courtesy is her number one priority. Even the couple times the other employees weren't particularly very welcoming she is always very consistent. Thank you Ms./Mrs. Marcia!!!

The cheeseburger happy meal was very cold. Sorry, it was 10:00pm when we drove through. Maybe next time it'll be better!

Recently remodeled. Indoor play place. Self service POS. Good stuff. :)

This is the McDs I visit the most. I get filet of fish here often. The sandwiches are almost always fresh, but if not, they are great to replace. Most of all, I love their friendliness and they are great with the double queue that so many of the McDs struggle with.

i literally have never written a review in my life but felt it was necessary, miss amaya was the best server/helper ive ever had in my life BETTER than any fine dining restaurant I've been to and that's on god.

I door dash here daily and love all the employees. They keep it moving and keep it positive even when short staffed! Keep up the good work babes!! Y'all are appreciated!

The older lady in the morning around 5am is always so happy and has the best attitude! It’s two of them. The cashier and the one that hands me my food. So polite!

This is, in my opinion, one of the better run restaurants in the franchise. My order is always correct, my food is warm and fresh, and the staff are friendly, even when busy during the hectic lunch rush. Good job, all of you, you make McDonald's look good.

Great experience! It's a newer McDonald's, with the fancy interactive touch screen ordering terminals. The terminals have price, calorie info and detailed pictures of everything on the menu, and you can even pay at them, as long as you are paying with card. The dining area is very comfortable and impressive and new. There is even a table that changes color when u touch it!

Service was fast, AND accurate and the food was delicious. My only complaint was that the employees were a little grumpy but tried their best to be nice. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap meal for either one person or even a large group as they have big booths and tables! They also have a nice kids playground!

They've always gotten my orders correct and it's always FAST! This has to be the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to. They've always been polite too. I've not gone inside yet but it's always been a good drive thru experience. The most recent time I went they gave me large fries instead of medium fries and they were hot and fresh. This Mcdonalds has had incredible service. So happy it's the closest one to my house.

This was the BEST McDonald's experience I have ever had!! Yeah it's just McDonald's but this time they really deserve the 5 stars, I ordered 2 10 piece meals, large and a 4 piece happy meal, and request that it all be made fresh & told them I would wait.. so most of the time when you say this especially at McDonald's they say yeah, okay we just pulled the fries, do they are fresh, but then you get home with the food and it obviously just been dropped back into the grease again to heat it up, and the nuggets are always too hard to eat and fries taste horrible but this time... They really went above and beyond! Every single nugget & fry we had was so crispy, golden and freshly cooked, I was so happy that they actually acknowledged my request, and not only that, the lady that brought my food to me was so kind, and apologetic that it took a extra minute to cook, she was so kind, and happy! This McDonald's really made my day! It's just the fact that they actually did what I ask and everything was in the bag, and made fresh! It's the small things, with all that's going on in the world rn, this team deserves a pat on the back for going above & beyond with the customer service I received! I just had a horrible experience at my local McDonald's so this really turned it around for me, maybe not the location that's closest to my home, but I will definitely come back to this Madison Blvd location!!
