Where can I start Rosalind is the best ever it!!!! From day one when talking with her about the process she broke everything down, gave me the confidence and motivation to continue to go forward. When looking at houses her and Ryan were beyond honest with me and I appreciated that part alot. Rosalind really fought hard for me for the home I JUST SIGNED FOR!!!! First and foremost let me begin by saying I am big on reading reviews and writing reviews. When I was searching for a realtor to sell my parent's home in the CP area I noticed B & B Realty had a high rating. Ok..why such a high rating? Well, let's just say 5 stars does no justice for Rosalind and her team.
The selling of my parent's home was a very difficult probate situation that took over 2 years which NONE OF US expected in the beginning. If the LORD himself didn't plan this journey just right with Rosalind I don't know of any other realtor that would've stuck in there for the task. Rosalind and her team were willing and dedicated to putting in countless hours and doing it diligently and seriously. When minor repairs were needed on the home, she had a contact. When we needed yard work, she had a contact.
She was "johnny-on-the-spot" when issues arose and questions were asked. It was a long quest dealing with COVID issues, court issues (the list goes on and on) but we finally closed on February 11, 2022 which was bittersweet.
Throughout it all, It was an emotional journey but Rosalind and her team made it a little easier and I'm deeply appreciative of their expertise and kind hearts.

B & B Realty Group is the best. Rosalind Skanes will work hard on your behalf and go the extra mile. Rosalind helped my husband and I find/purchase our home in 2019. We couldn't be more happy.
