Been with Doug Valentine and his team for quite a few years now. They have always been responsive to my needs and done a solid job to answer any questions that I've had. Had some questions and needed to make changes to my policy and Maria was fantastic! She worked to make sure the policy was setup to perfectly meet my needs. Great team!!

Doug has been my State Farm agent for many years. During that time, I've had courteous, professional, and honest service from his entire staff. I was very comfortable talking with Doug. He answered my questions and asked great ones too. He was very competitive but most importantly his coverage was better than what I had. He built a sense of trust which I hold as the top issue when dealing with any other salesperson. As a salesperson myself, I can be very critical of sales people but Doug met all of my expectations. Maria at State Farm did an excellent job summarizing my auto insurance coverage options. She went above and beyond to also help me to better understand their billing process when suspending and reinstating vehicles. She took her time with me, and upheld very professional and informative mannerisms.

So far so good. Just became a customer, have been a progressive customer for years, but the home owners insurance became too expensive. it surprised me that State Farm could beat progressive, but this office did. We will see how the relationship goes, but the initial correspondence and the contact has been very positive.

She was helpful, gave me the information to make an informed decision. Because of the information I decided to change some of my coverage and saved me a lot of money.
