My Acura needed a lot of work done. I’ve always had great experiences at lambs, but I have to note that Ashley went above and beyond with customer service. I always feel overwhelmed with car stuff and she is so knowledgeable and describes everything going on with each items price and when it needs to be done. Since I needed so much work on my car, she laid out what was highest priority and what could wait. She was incredibly nice, professional, and concise. I will never go to another location. I can’t recommend lambs enough

We had excellent service today! Very friendly service and good atmosphere! Deedee was exceptionally helpful and her customer service was the Best while on the phone and in person! Lambs Tire will be our go to place. Honest people who do a very thorough job! Highly recommend!!!

Lamb’s is the place to go. I had to get my Jeep brought back to “street ready” after it sat for two years. Ashley helped me to get the Jeep there, and kept me up to date at every step. The technicians did a thorough analysis of every system, the brakes, you name it. All of the work that needed to be done was explained, and there was no attempt to get me to pay for services that weren’t necessary. Everyone in the shop was friendly. The work was done quickly! It wasn’t cheap, but was reasonable. You get what you pay for. I will continue to use Lamb’s, and recommend Lamb’s to anyone serious about their vehicle’s care!

Lambs was very helpful in repairing my Audi. I had a number of things done on my car. When completed I drove it about a week and noticed brake dust accumulating on my front wheels. After cleaning them the build up would continue. Took my car back to Lambs and they went beyond my expectation on making it right. Thank you Ashley and the rest of the team at Lambs.

Even though they were very busy, they worked me in for a Texas required safety and emissions inspection.

The staff was very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz maintenance requirements and identified several maintenance items that are over due.

I recently bought the car used. I am impressed enough with their performance and knowledge to consider asking Lamb’s Tire and Automotive to do the regular maintenance instead of taking the car to the Mercedes Dealer.

This past Friday I noticed my battery light came on so I called drove to Lambs on Williams Drive in Georgetown.Even though I had no appointment I was welcomed and told they would reach out when my find out what's wrong. I received a call from Dee-Dee (Who is amazing!!) informing me of what needed to be fixed and the time frame. They had my car ready the next day! I cannot speak highly enough about the service and front office staff. They did a wonderful job and I definitely bring all of our family cars to Lambs! Thank you so much

Lambs is awesome, they get the job done right the first time and always smiling and super friendly! If you have problems or issues with your vehicle take it there and they will definitely help you get back on the road safely! Cost efficient and well done job all the way around! My car overheated and broke down on the way out of town, and this shop was the closest location to have it towed to. I've never gone to Lamb's before, so I want sure what to expect, but I am so happy with how it turned out! They called me on the day they said they would and explained what was wrong, a few other things they found, and what was the most important to fix. It was an expensive fix, but my car made the drive home very smoothly and working better than before! I would definitely come here again, thank y'all!

Everyone at Lamb’s was really helpful and consistently friendly during a very stressful time for my family and I. Customer service was top shelf and the prices were fair. I’m a veteran and was pleased to see someone offer military discounts in a community were that means 2/3 of the customer base would be getting a discount.

It's good to have a business like Lamb's in our neighborhood. From the moment you walk into the office you are given the impression of being in the hands of capable persons and that your car is as well. I'm grateful for that.

Found the staff very pleasant and friendly as well as knowledgeable. I had annual inspection done was able to get right in and quick turnaround.

Ashley did a great job of breaking everything down for me from the inspection report. She gave great guidance and my truck was repaired the same day which really worked out for me. Great overall service!

Had an alert that I had low tire pressure this morning and Lambs Tire graciously let me leave my car to check tires and inflate and with zero cost. Staff checking me in and out was very helpful!! Great service!!

My suspension failed while driving to Austin. and Lamb’s did a great job assessing the issue and locating all the parts for my car very quickly to get me back on the road the next day. They were very thorough and honest. I would highly recommend.

Great Service! Got us in ASAP considering that we didn't have an appointment! They had the tires we needed, rotated all tires, the place was clean and had fresh coffee ! Road Tested too. Will be sure to recommend them to all!
