I saw Dr. Donna, she was kind and very pleasant. All the staff there is nice. I really appreciate them being able to see me so soon for my appointment. (I called the day before to book.). Overall a great appointment. I’m glad I found them. I will definitely be going back again in the future.

The whole team took a lot of time to make my son comfortable. The contact fitting and lesson was great. She was so patient with my son and making sure he was able to independently put in and take the contact out. GREAT experience!

We love Donna! This is an appointment my 8 year old is always excited about. She walks him through everything she is doing and answers questions for him as well as for me. She explained the parts of the eye on a model she has in the exam room when he showed interest in it. As always our visit was great 😊 oh and if you ever call her freaking out because something is “wrong” with your contacts and she has to tell you to switch them because they’re most likely in the wrong eyes 👀…. She won’t judge you 😂

The staff are wonderful. The assistant that checked me before Dr. Donna was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Donna is a gem. She is so thorough and explains everything. Since I’ve moved here in 2020, been looking for a good eye doctor. I’ve been to two and was not happy, finally found San Gabriel Eye Center and they are simply the best. Thank you!

The office staff and doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. I had some questions and they were answered in a professional manner. Jennifer helped me with eye glasses and provided me a lot of choices and took time so that I could make informed choices. I will definitely refer others to San Gabriel Eye Center.

The staff and optometrist were professional, kind and caring. I always come a little early and they are always ready for me. I had some trouble with one of my contacts and they were very patient. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to San Gabriel Eye Center for more than 10 years. Recently, I had to make an appt to have my eyes checked for a virus. They were able to see me same day (within an hour) and helped relieve my symptoms.

Very pleased with my visit! Dr McCain was very pleasant as were the clinic staff. They were good listeners and took care of my concerns and were very professional.

I've been going here for about 3 years and I even moved out of the city and I still make a trip back to see Dr McCain for my eyes. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, really takes time to listen...actually I enjoy my eye doctor visits. The girls at the front desk are pretty nice too. Hard to find doctors that really are personable, professional, and don't rush you and listen to you! This is an awesome place to go.

Dr Donna McCain went above & beyond as usual! I fell, and was worried about my eyes— but she patiently tested everything about my eyes, and told me they were fine.
I got in right away after I called her office, and their whole staff was amazingly helpful!

Always feel well taken cared of here. They called my insurance to find out that I only had to pay a $10 copay when I didn't even realize I had any form of Vision insurance. I thought I was going to have to pay for the visit OOP. Thanks!
