Lowe's Home Improvement

I was fortunate enough to catch Niko the Kitty Sales Associate on a break who recommended this firewood. He said it was ideal for taking mid-day naps on but would also probably be good for my fire pit and boy was he right.

I love this store. My favorite home improvement store! Buddy (my dog) and I shop here frequently. They are SO dog friendly and extremely helpful with any questions you may have regarding products in their store. *** Here’s a pic of Buddy after a long shopping trip at Lowe’s. The sweet employees gifted him with dog treats!

Today (10/5) I went to lowes to get blinds and a wall repair/sparkling kit. I had gone to home depot the day before for the same thing and left very frustrated with the treatment from their staff there, almost in tears. There was two women at your store working in the paint department who helped me to find out what blinds matched what I brought in/cut to the size I needed- I cannot explain how relieved I was with their helpfulness and care. When they finished and I left to try and find my other item (and having no idea where it was), two other employees saw me not 30 seconds later and asked if I needed help and showed me exactly where to find it. The care continued even to self check out with someone else asking if I needed any assistance. I left feeling so impressed and happy, definitely a loyal lowes customer now; excellent customer service and overall kindness. Thank you!!

Our visit to the Lowes store for a simple board purchase and cutting service turned out to be a fantastic experience. Despite a brief 20-minute wait for assistance, the exceptional service we received made it well worth our while. Caleb and James, the staff who assisted us, exemplified professionalism, patience, courtesy, and efficiency in fulfilling our requests.

Their dedication to providing top-notch customer service left us thoroughly pleased with the end results. We highly recommend this establishment to others in search of outstanding assistance and a hassle-free shopping experience. People are so helpful whenever I am in the League City Lowe's. I didn't understand something on a box. Andrew pulled out the phone and showed me a picture of the interior mechanism. I couldn't ask for more.

Love shopping at this location. Great selection and friendly staff.

Admittedly, I don't go to Lowe's often, but when I do, they usually have what I need. On my last trip I was looking for a stove. They had a pretty good selection. We even found one we're interested in. We're still thinking about it due to the price. Their price isn't bad. I just have to make sure we can afford it right now.

Big box hardware store are pretty much the same as far as what they carry.
This store is worth a 5 star rating because customer service is awesome 👍.
Every associate was more than willing to help guide me to items I was looking for.
Friendly cashier was also a plus.
It was also nice the aisle was not cluttered and it was easy to navigate.

If you're looking for an appliance, Marcos is the gentleman to see! Purchased a Bosch refrigerator, and he made the process smooth-as-glass. Originally thought there was an issue with the fridge (turns out hardened glue that's not easily removed can give the appearance of scratches), called Marcos, and Marcos arranged for delivery of a new one the next day! Fortunately, wasn't needed, and he took it in stride. Will be seeing him when we need any new appliance! Delivery, install, and haul-away were great, too.

Went in because I needed a plastic piece for my toilet and john helped me going aisle to aisle to find the right part. The man deserves a raise for his excellent customer service I can definitely see my self shopibg here for my home needs

Julio in the appliance department was extremely helpful!! My refrigerator went out, so I spent a whole day shopping for another (which is no fun). I finally called Lowes at Victory Lakes and spoke with Julio. He suggested that I come in to the store. He was then able to assist me and place my order in no time. I wished I would have called him in the first place! Great customer service!

I love this Lowe's store. Their customer service is great, the store layout felt easy to find what I needed and all was very clean as well.

Jon in the appliance department was very helpful and knowledgeable about freezer that I am going to buy as soon as they are in stock. Only had one on the floor.

Alan in appliances is an incredibly helpful employee. He went above & beyond to assist me, each step of the way on my new appliance purchases. His coworker Mike also provided insightful assistance as needed.
Orlando is another great employee. He has assisted me multiple times over the past 4 years, with each project I do.
I'm thankful for each one of these guys!!
