Loved it 😊 the store assistant at that time was very helpful all the way to shoe selection and offered the best insoles for my feet.

The sole of my boots was peeling off and taking in water I came in to check on warranty and no problem was switched out

Very awesome store. It is a small store, but they had exactly what i went for... the girl who helped me was very knowledgable, and i deff. Learned a few things about boots i didnt know! She sized me up, brought out a few different sizes anyways just in case... explained to me how they should fit and feel etc. I walked out with more knowledge, and the most comfortsble boots ive ever owned. Thank you RedWing!

This was my first time in this store and the experience was incredible. Cathy listened to what I needed and offered me exactly what I was looking for. The three D imaging detected my high arches and she offered the best solution. Excellent customer service, I will be back and recommend this store everyone. Bravo Cathy Bravo!

This location is very unassuming from the outside but I'm very glad I went in. I was looking for new steel toed boots for work and they had a wide selection of different styles. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful inside and was patient with my requests to try on different pairs & sizes. He helped me find a pair that felt great and looked good too. I would definitely suggest stopping by if looking for work boots.

My husband and I just left and had the best experience ever! Cathy was very attentive. Made sure that sizing for my husband was correct and overall was incredibly sweet. For the first time ever he says that he loves the way these boots feel!

I've always been a Red Wings guy as they've got high quality shoes, but they've also got second-to-none service. They'll work with you to make sure you're satisfied, and are patient while you figure out what you want/need. I'm a lifelong customer, particularly of the Baytown location!

One of the ladies that I dealt with there was borderline obsessive that I got the proper fitting shoe. I explained to her what I got last time and she insisted I try another size/fit boot. It was a bit tight, but she asked me to trust her, so I did. Best pair of boots I've had in a loooong time.

Very thankful for the staff. Not a bad experience in 3 years.

Received my new boots, got the upgraded insoles, and purchased the toe guard for the toes it really works.
Love redwings haven't had another brand of boots in 30 years. Buy American made.

Team member that was on location was extremely helpful. She made sure I was sized correctly and purchased a quality pair of work boots that was comfortable. I look forward to shopping there again soon.

My husband and I went in to select a pair of work boots for him the woman working there was amazing! She worked with him patiently to get him what he needed for his high arches and make him comfortable! Highly recommend!

Clean and orderly, looks pretty much like you would expect out of a shoe store.

Best shopping experience ever. Let me first say I have never written a review for anything ever, but felt obligated to after i visited this store. I was greeted by Cathy Scianimanico who seemed to know every detail about every boot in the store. There are two other Redwing stores closer to me but I will drive to Baytown from now on. Cathy you are doing a great job over there and I wish every shopping experience was like the one I had at your store. Go see Cathy if you want a killer pair of boots and great customer service!

My husband loves the inserts for his arches. Tried a few pair of boots, but they were not for him. As far as customer service....dont really remember any problems, even when we returned boots.
