Kroger Marketplace

First time ever in a Kroger. Did not know they had anything other than groceries.
This place was clean, very well stocked and had so many options!
Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
Checking out, I had a couple questions and Kenya was very helpful. She didn’t rush me or treat me like I was a nuisance. Then a young man actually bagged my groceries for me!!!

From now on, I will drive 20 miles to go to Kroger before I will drive across the street to a Walmart.

It's definitely large. They sell fresh fruit & vegetables, have a florist, a bakery, frozen foods, a full pharmacy, some clothes, and even some shoes. There's a full Starbucks and a partial buffet restaurant.

I love the variety and great customer service!

Perfect place and safe parking lot for groceries and for grabbing a Starbucks. This is also a great place to get prepared food in the store and eat right next to Starbucks as there are tables aplenty. The TV is always playing super loudly and can be obnoxious-no one watches it as everyone is on their own device. There’s an outdoor seating area as well, but there are always smokers out there. They have a great floral department and the manager, Lisa, is always friendly and willing to work with you on school or special event floral orders.

Great place to get all your needs in one place.

Professional staff. Very reasonable prices, very clean, fresh meat, fruits, and vegetables. Great food varieties.
We used to do our grocery shopping at Walmart and HEB, for the past 5 years we only shop at Kroger.

Exceptional. A wonderful variety. Maybe the lower rating is for the customer service? Go another day, a couple weeks later. The staff might change, the place is exceptional—especially for Baytown.

One stop shopping! Love it! Very clean, huge selection on everything! Professional and friendly staff! Don't forget to use your Kroger card to save on digital coupons, clip coupons & save even more money. Added bonus...you get fuel points to save at the gas pump too!...how sweet!

Clean store, friendly staff. I would prefer more registers with actual cashiers.

I want to thank Mary from customer service at the Garth location! She was at the register one day this week. She was awesome! Courteous and very professional! She made my mom and I feel like we were definitely in great hands! LaDell Wylie

We love this Kroger. They have such a wide selection of organic items which is great because we can usually buy them on a deal and know we're eating good and for a good price! The customer service is hit and miss, unfortunately, with some people going out of their way to assist and others not even speaking to you. We had a few young teenage boys who were very helpful, even looking up the item we needed in their system for us. They didn't have the item at that location but their service was tremendous. But the young lady that assists at the self check is often rather haste. I understand she is busy as well and usually has a lot going on but it leaves something to he desired when she comes to your register when you request help, pushes a button, and walks away without even offering a smile. I have a lot of compassion for people who work in the service industry and I'm usually disappointed when they fail to even offer a smile to their customers. But, we do greatly enjoy this location overall. We've moved away but any time we are in Baytown, we always stop by again.

I really like the store. I wish they would make an organic and a gluten free section. One of the best parts of the store is Jeffery. He is the wine consultant. He is very nice and funny. Unlike most stores he actually knows about the wine and not just where it is. We (mom, stepdad, and I) love talking to him

Ever since they built this new Kroger‘s it’s always shined they always have everything in stock and the produce is awesome shout to Kaleb !!! Even the spirits selection is very wide and the kids always love to go shopping there don’t forget to check out the far left corner clearance section they always have a abundant supply of very useful things on clearance . Don’t forget to rack up them fuel points they come in handy.!!!!! For the low low low prices down load the Kroger app! Always look out for the groovy old skool cashier his name escapes me at the moment but he will brighten your day!

Place is always clean and the people are always friendly. They have a Starbucks inside along with hot soups and a place to get fresh sushi . Lots of places to sit to enjoy your food or drink. I come here once a week and the produce is always fresh and there is always a nice selection in the meat and fish departments.

I love the Kroger Clicklist! I like that I can build my order to my exact specifications from my own home and schedule to pick it up when I want. Usually before all the traffic hits. And having my previous purchases saved and listed for me is immensely helpful and efficient. When I pick up my order it rarely ever takes longer than 10 minutes. The added bonus of gas points AND community rewards donating to my favorite charity "A Life to Live" every time I shop is just taking it to another level!

I absolutely love shopping at this Kroger. I am always excited about the selection of products. Baytown truly needed more variety. The customer service in my opinion is phenomenal. They were out of my favorite chips for 3 days, and they ordered them for me on the spot. I cannot wait to pick them later this week.

They have the best fruit

Absolutely love this new Kroger. The selection of foods is great. The fruits and cheese selection alone are worth the trip. I haven't found a need to buy any of the retail items such as clothing or housewares, but the groceries are what make this the best supermarket around. Try the Stilton cheese, it is amazing!

Beautiful band new fully updated store. They have Starbucks , fresh sushi bar,salad bar,sandwich deli, and many other wonderful options. They also have a full clothing department and many others. Outside eating is available here as well.

I love Click List shopping here! Even when I can't do Click List, shopping inside me fun. It's hard to leave. I love cooking and this place has an extremely side variety of foods as well as kitchen appliances and pots and pans. They even have clothing. One minor issue is that the Starbucks doesn't have the machine to add carbonation to drinks so you can't order the fresh made sodas or make anything sparkling.
