I purchased my granddaughter Marina Terra a Valentine's Day outfit from The Hair Bow Company and I personally picked it up at their Pearland location. I was greeted at the door with a warm smile and welcome. Marina Terra's outfit/hair bow was not only beautiful, trendy and stylishly adorable it was affordable. I was given an adorable hot pink gift bag with tissue paper for her to open with excitement and a $5 coupon off my next purchase. We most certainly will be back! I don't normally write reviews for company's but I feel like this one, deserves one from me! I am completely in love with my purchases from The Hair Bow Company! Not only did they ship my items quickly (within 48 hours I had tracking info and within 4 days, I had my items. That's pretty quick considering it shipped from Texas, to Ohio). Not only was the shipping quick, I couldn't believe the quality of the clothing! I have never felt/worn a softer, more light weight top! My daughter loved her's as well! If I wasn't a single Mamma, trying to live off of one income with 3 children, I would buy every day from this company! Their selection of Mommy & Me sets alone are enough to keep me coming back but their selection of hair bows and other boutique items are wonderful as well! The best part, is the pricing!! The infant and toddler outfits I purchased for my best friend's daughter were adorable and washed up well. I also ordered adult tutus for a work costume. When I first ordered from this company, there was a small problem with the shipping process; my package hadn’t arrived (Our mail system in our area is slow). I emailed the company to let them know that my order hasn’t arrived, they emailed me right back and told me they would send my same order expedited! When I received my package, I was surprised to see they gave me a free gift, two headbands!! I was so happy and very thankful for how quick they responded and also for being so kind and including the free gifts. Definitely going to order again from this company, I love supporting small companies, this is why they are so good!
