Suburban Studios Lewisville

This place is not a 5 star resort. And for the price it is decent. I stayed on second floor. Bonnie and Scott both made the stay pleasant. It's not a Waldorf Astoria and it doesn't pretent to be. For the money it served it's purpose very well and I will stay here again. The rooms are not all great as they are remodeling some of them. If you expect white gloves service your at the wrong place. If you need a decent place to sleep then you can't go wrong for the price.

Everybody is nice to the guest..and the housekeepers are doing a great job with the cleaning ..rooms have been a lot cleaner since new mgmt .. they attend to every need the best that they could especially the night shift worker with the long eyelashes.. I don’t remember her name but she’s a doll! ❤… management has been better since they got new ones! I see a change in the workers and how the place is ran ! Thank you for all that you do .. keep up the good work

I was a walk in and was worried that they wouldn’t have availability. Andrew was very kind and helpful I haven’t been to this hotel in years! wow he has really been making some needed changes. it was like coming to a completely different hotel. I highly recommend! I had stayed at the Hilton and my room was filthy and the staff were so rude. So it was amazing to experience such Excellent customer service.. a lot of places have forgotten the importance of customer service.

Room was clean smelled great.
Bed linens and towels were actually really white unlike most hotels. Vending machines on every floor
Including ice cream,pizza etc.
Big ice cubes from the free ice machine by lobby.
Brittany at the front desk is awesome. She will make sure you are taken care of.

Great place to stay. Staff was exceptional here. Rooms are large, beds fairly comfortable, never had any issues with anything inside the room. Stayed for a few months while in the are for work never had any issues other than elevator break downs, which did happen consistently, and a lot of fire alarms in the wee hours which never amounted to anything but we're a bit nerve wracking. On the other hand it was nice to know they worked and I'd prefer being safe to sorry. Definitely a good value

Good location with major stores and restaurants close by. Service is pretty good and if there are any issues they get taken care of quickly. Some of the rooms need a little work or to be cleaned better. Overall for the price it's a great place to live.

I have been coming here 2 a month for work a week at a time since January 2021. I agree it was bad in the beginning BUT ever since the staff change its 100% better. Halls don't smell like trash. My room is cleaner. Service is good. Any issues with my room are addressed promptly since the staff change. Ms.Kay , Christy, Julie and Marty are on top of things.

I really enjoyed my stay. The entire staff was very professional and polite. I did have a couple issue's regarding my room, but the Assistant Manager was very helpful and understanding. She went above and beyond in her efforts to resolving my concerns .

3 night stay.

Ok so it's not in the best location, it's cheap at best and the rooms are minimal.

BUT. I found "during my stay" ALL the staff without exception, the manager, day staff and evening staff were friendly and courteous. Always. The A/C in the room blows ice Ice ICE cold and will sit at 66 all day. The fridge is as efficient.

The hallways are kept clean and again while here, residents were friendly.

The only criticism I would have is the wifi is next to useless. Always disconnects and can't even stream music. BUT at this price, if wifi isnt important to you I would recommend the place if you're strapped, and I would use it again if need be.

Excellent service. The GM Andrew is amazing and patient. Mariah at the front desk is awesome. Definitely they make you feel like family and your home away from home.

We are really enjoying being here. The Staff is so helpful and friendly, especially Martha, Sandy and Mike. Our room is very clean. Mariela in housekeeping does a great job! Thank you! We love the room we are in and the beds are so comfy!!!!! I appreciate all the Staff here. They always have a smile.😃😀

I had a fire at my residence and stayed here while waiting for a new place to live. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were perfect for my needs as they had a full kitchen in them and a little dinette set. The location was great for me - close to my old and new residence as well as the Interstate for easy access to work. Parking was free with available spots daily. I was happy to have a laundry room which was clean and had a nice # of available washers and dryers. We had staff checking with us daily to find out if we needed fresh towels, etc. I recommend this hotel for any extended stays you may have. The price cannot be beat in this area.

The crew there is amazing. Helpful, kind, dilligent, everyone: front desk, house keeping, maintenance, etc.
They made me feel at home and I am returning soon.
Whenever I needed help, they were there ready to assist always with a welcoming smile.

The rooms are very nice and beds are great. The place is clean and the front desk staff are great. I would recommend giving this place a shot for any one looking for a place. The rooms come with everything you need. The kitchen in the room is equiped with eating and cooking items. Very nice!

This is my home away from home when I'm traveling for work. I have stayed here several times and find the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I have been coming here on and off over the past several years and really enjoy the lake and picnic area behind the hotel. Rooms are large and spacious and the kitchens help me save money when eating out this way I can have a home cooked meal because being on the road 50% of the time its nice to not have to eat out and be able to stay in and cook.

I stayed at this hotel on last week I love the hotel i love the hotel staff Ms Stephanie and Mr Andrew made me and my coworkers feel very appreciated and welcoming while we where in town

I just want to say Sandy is a Saint she goes out of her way to provide great customer service, hotels need more like her. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable beds, nice size food prep area, and you feel like your at home. Take it from me I have stayed at nearly every Hotel you can think of here in Dallas Tx and this has been the most affordable and most homey so far. I had no issue with bugs or dirty room. I can tell where to find those at lol.

Moved into the Suburban Extended Stay Hotel here in Lewisville Tx. for awhile and my experience was great. The weekend receptionist Bailey made everything perfect for myself and others she's a great person with tremendous customer service and the rooms are great.

Comfortable, efficient rooms. Gave me a great deal for 8 rooms. The managers are on par and were willing to help with any changes that I needed. Will send more of my crews here. A+

Had a great 3 nights stay!! Love this place. They welcome you with smiles and glad to help out. Made me extend my stay... don't wanna leave. Aww
