Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

Love Hawaiian bros and this one is no exception! The food is always delicious, service is great, location is clean with tidy bathrooms, and even if all that wasn’t enough, the DOLE SOFT SERVE! Do yourself a favor and come here for dessert 🍦at the very least because you won’t be disappointed. It’s a soft serve sorbet that is everything you need on a hot day. It’s not too sweet, just the right amount of tart, and just so good! 🤤

Our visit to Hawaiian Bros was amazing! Food tasted great, ambient was peaceful, we were taken cared of.. it was over all a great experience!

Jose was very kind and polite! He helped us order, suggested a delicious passion guava drink, that was 10/10, and even stoped by our table a few times to check how we were doing. 🤗

The food is absolutely delicious and the service is always amazing! Did you know they also do catering? I catered a housewarming party and everyone raved about it! It was simple and easy to order and they’ll deliver or you can pickup. Love it!

Great food I absolutely love this place and I try to come once a month. They’re consistently packing bunch of flavor and the customer service is great. Only 1 thing is that they are known for the portions and I feel like it’s gone down in that aspects. The regular us to be so much more food. But it’s okay I’m still coming hope they see this and make a change

We walked in for the 1st time and we were immediately greeted by the manager, Jose. He walked us through the entire menu and helped us pick out a plate we would love. Give that man a raise! He’s the epitome of “great customer service”.

Came in today for a quick meal, was pleasantly surprised with the service by Ava the young lady up front. She was quick and efficient while also getting her cleaning done. Very speedy service and amazing at that. Always appreciate a good stop. Will be coming back! Great work Ava!

My first time at Hawaiian bros. Super friendly staff, Margarita stopped by are table a few times to make sure we were ok. Unheard of for fast food. Food was great, I love the atmosphere and Hawaiian music. Will return. Pro tip, get gift cards from Costco to save some cash.

I really enjoyed the food and found the service to be quite fast. One suggestion for improvement would be to make the self-ordering kiosks more explanatory. On the plus side, it was great that an employee came over to offer assistance.

It was a hot summer day and I just wanted to eat in peace without all the hustle and bustle of a fast food restaurant. So I stopped by Hawaiian bros and it did not disappoint. Jose and Daniel were very helpful and attentive. Our food came out in minutes! Their establishment was clean, and fresh! Come check them out. Best service I’ve had in Frisco.

First time being here and the service immediately when we walked in was AMAZING! Ava was assisting us a lot and she was SOO polite! She helped us with everything and explained. The food on the other hand was DELICIOUS. I had the spicy chicken , rice , and macaroni salad. Everything was good. I will definitely be coming back.

Hawaiian Bros was incredible! Great food, but even better service. The flavor is amazing, their chicken was great quality. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and clean environment. Our host was very attentive and helpful with any questions or needs we had. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice to find a fast food restaurant with the food is fresh made! Loved the fresh pineapple and the chicken was delicious, loved the Hawaiian atmosphere🍍

I'm not sure about the atmosphere. Because I went to the drive suit. But the pineapple Dole ice cream is the best ever. They only have the Disney, so glad we have it now in. Texas, and the food is great.Get tons of food for your money Me and my husband were able to share a dish with leftovers

Great service, kind staff and delicious food! After recently traveling to Hawaii I can say they cook the pig pretty close to what you get a lot real Hawaiian Luau…highly recommend for a quick dinner!

UPDATE Jun 2023: We have been here several times and other locations since last review. They didn't let us down. Great meal. Especially when we had a free meal gift card from another Hawaiian Bros. Sweet! Saved some for leftovers and room to get pineapple sorbet. Which we also got for free on loyalty points for eating here plenty of times. Extra benefit was discovering the shaded parking (got last one available when arrived) on north side next to drive-thru lane. Great place to park in TX summer.2021:New restaurant and new for us. Lunch for Sat was busy during our visit but lots of staff on hand to take care of customers. I guess extra staff on hand to learn the ropes. Small portions were just fine for us and we got leftovers. We save some room for dessert for first time customers using the app. I would give them 5 stars but there other beverage machine was not working

Margarita was amazing. We are from out of town and have never been to a Hawaiian Bros before. She was very knowledgeable and helped explain the menu. She checked on us several times and made sure we didn’t need anything.

This was my first trip to Hawaiian Bros. I had their signature Huli Huli chicken and it was delicious. Our order was fast and fresh. Angela kindly walked us through the menu and made some great recommendations. She took great care of us!!! (The best customer service I've experienced in a long time.) We will definitely go back.

Great dine-in experience and food was excellent. Shared a mixed-plate (big enough for 2) and had amazing pineapple dole whip. Shout out to Ahmed who provided stellar service for our table! Would definitely return for Hawaiian food
