Extended Stay America - Dallas - Lewisville

The manager Valery and staff during the day and night are awesome. Always greeting me on the way in and out and willing to work with me anytime of day for my accommodations. Hotel is in walking distance to some great restaurants and convenience stores. Lots of other options just a small car ride away. Hotel has been very clean and quiet during my stays. Kitchen in the room is a plus. Thank yall so much.

During my recent stay at Extended Stay America in Lewisville, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service, thanks to an outstanding associate named Whitney. Her dedication and professionalism truly made my stay more enjoyable and comfortable.

From the moment I interacted with Whitney, it was evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any issues or requests were promptly addressed. When I expressed concerns about a roach infestation in my room, Whitney took immediate action, coordinating with housekeeping to thoroughly clean and sanitize the space.

Moreover, Whitney's attention to detail extended to the little things that make a big difference. Every morning, she ensured that the coffee station was well-maintained, understanding the importance of fresh coffee to start the day right. Her proactive approach to guest needs and her unwavering professionalism truly set her apart.

In addition to her exceptional service, Whitney exuded warmth and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest, and I appreciated her genuine kindness throughout my stay.

Great hotel, wonderful staff and always available when needed. The room, common areas, and lobby look great. Our room was great, very clean and maintain during our stay. Nicki helped with all of my questions and was quick to help during the reservation, checkin process.

Staff is always happy and friendly. We're glad we stayed. Thank you.

I stayed for a week and I really enjoyed my stay honestly. I was waiting for my place to be ready and bouncing from hotel to hotel and I would even prefer this one over other higher quality stays, especially if you need a longer stay. Staff was super kind and helpful! Loved it 😊

I have been in the same room for quite some time and have never had any problems with management or housekeeping. Nicki especially is awesome. I am taken care of with a smiling face and great customer service. Personally I’ve had a good experience. Keep up the great work

Since we have been priced out of the housing market, my wife and I have found the ESA to be an inexpensive respite for the past nine months. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly, especially housekeeping. Connie, one of the housekeepers, is a precious diamond to us: her supportive character will always be remembered.

ESA is worth the value that it provides.

The staff here was incredible, professional & went out of their way to help me. The hotel was always clean and very well managed. I'll gladly stay here again if ever I'm back in Dallas. Thank you guys for everything!!!

I’ve stayed here for almost a month, I’ve really enjoyed my stay. The location while in a pretty business central location, has another hotel next to it that caters to a very edgy type crowd. The staff are super friendly and helpful, special shout out to Valerey, Tiffeni, and Nikki. They are very courteous and polite, and will take of your needs. With that said, a little bit of manners will take you a long way, don’t be a karen and you’ll definitely enjoy your stay more. If you have any concerns, suggest to the staff a way to make it right, if it’s in their power it will be taken care of.

A terrific hotel to stay at because of affordable prices, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, topnotch management(Valery Lavia), and an extremely friendly staff who have made my mother & I feel at home.

My stay has been exceptional and I would highly recommend the Lewisville, Tx location at 1900 Lake pointe Dr. It's truly felt more like a home than a hotel to me and my German Shepherd Jax. I've felt safe and secure, and have been greatly accommodated throughout our stay here.
Valery Lavia, the manger, is amazing, as is her entire staff. A special thanks to them all and especially to Connie, in housekeeping, who does an exceptional job in making sure everything is clean and sanitized.
I personally give a two thumbs up 👍👍 rating to this particular location, which far exceeds 10 stars.

Connie came by to check my room. She was amazing to talk to and incredibly helpful. Everyone is so great to talk to here.

This has been my temporary home for me and my family for close to a month in a half and I can not ask for a safer place the staff here became like family the service was excellent
