This place is AWESOME!!! Very affordable and I got my screen replaced in about 20 minutes. Joey is very nice and knowledgeable, he made sure to present all of my options to me and the service I received is impeccable. I will definitely come back with any of my tech/device needs. I never tip and I actually left a tip because of the care and service I received. If you need something fixed, this is the place to be!! I wish I would’ve taken a pic before to show you how my phone looked compared to now, it looks brand new.

Last year my gaming laptop gave out, so I took it here. Unfortunately, it was busted and there was nothing they could do to fix it. I was a little devastated, as I had gotten attached to that laptop. They convinced me to finance a new gaming pc that I could pay off monthly. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me pick the right parts for the budget. On top of that, they also made me feel comfortable with my decision. They built me a high-mid range pc, and it’s been absolutely perfect for my needs. We’re still going strong after one year, and I’ve been able to start streaming games like cyberpunk 2077 without sacrificing visual fidelity. Once again, huge shoutout to the staff here. They really are the best and deserve every ounce of appreciation. Thanks guys, I’ll definitely be back if I need an upgrade or something else built. Also, I think they still do finance for PS5s so that’s also an option if a PC is out of your budget (I’ll probably do that eventually too lol)

Went in to get my screen replaced. Filed the claim through tmobile and set up my appointment online. When I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had everything fixed and ready to go within the estimated time frame they gave me, so there wasn't any unnecessary standing around and waiting. Very quick and well done screen replacement. Its been a few days and everything is working 100% on my phone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Knowledgeable friendly staff said would take an hour and a half it only took 30 minutes to get my screen repaired. I would recommend having your phone fixed here very nice people.

My power button had been stuck for a while, and they were able to fix it very fast and for free. They were very nice, and the service was great.

I went in for cracked screen. They determined it was only my screen protector that spider-webbed and not my actual screen. They didn't try to lie about it to get more money out if me. Excellent and honest service. Highly recommend.

CPR Cell Phone Repair of Lewisville is great. I've used CPR Cell Phone Repair in Little Elm before. I reached out to Little Elm regarding a repair to my switch and they referred me over to the Lewisville location. SHOUT-OUT TO LITTLE ELM BRANCH! Everyone was super helpful, at both locations. We were heading into Thanksgiving week. They were clear about availability to complete repairs. They answered all my questions. Just a super great experience. You never really need them until something breaks. But it's great to know they can keep those beloved electronics working. Thanks CPR!
