I called 7 T-Mobile stores looking for an iPhone mini. They were by far the most helpful. Most stores simply told me they had none on stock—no problem. But the manager at this location was super friendly and went above and beyond by volunteering to call other locations.

So I hadn’t been inside a phone store since Sprint merged with T-mobile, over 4 years! So needless to say it was time to upgrade my iPhone XR to the new 14. The T-mobile associate Monica Gomez was the one that ended up helping me out with my trade in/plan adjustments and let me just say, she was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about all the questions I had regarding my upgrade options. Even when I had to come back in for questions about my account a few months later she was still a rock star. But it’s not just her, the whole staff at this location truly do their best to help out each customer that comes in to the best of there ability. If you need help with any of your account info or have questions regarding your plans this is definitely a great location to go to. I would highly recommend it to anyone:)

My boyfriend received the BESTEST customer service from all the employees in the store, today, May 16 @ 3:00pm. Felicity was super sweet and courteous and professional. The manager Travis and the Asst Mgr Bailey was also so nice and very helpful. I would recommend this T-Mobile store to everyone looking for cell phone assistance. 👍

Bella is a great manager and store leader who is well versed in all areas and offers she is always willing to help with no problem! The young lady (Allison) totally knew her stuff and she managed to unsnarl my complicated situation and helped me coax a transfer PIN out of my previous carrier.

T-Mobile Store Review (2021) - I've visited this store multiple times since they opened. Hands down they are the best customer service phone store around. Katie helped me a few days before Christmas and did a phenomenal job! We were there for 2 different accounts and 3 phone lines for the migration from Sprint to T-Mobile. She was so very patient and informative throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for a better agent to help us! THANK YOU, KATIE!

Sprint Store Review (4 yrs ago) - I had excellent customer service at this location on Black Friday. The manager and all the employees were extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this store enough. I will never go back to the CS location unless I need a repair. Unfortunately, this store doesn't have Tech yet, but I bet it won't be long. Don't hesitate to come to this store. You won't regret it. They are awesome!

I went there so I could add a line for my mom and we had the sweetest lady helping us. Crystal explained everything and helped us to transfer my mom's number from her old service. I want to thank Crystal for everything and she made the transferring of her number and getting her phone transferred to her new phone. The ladies all worked as a team. But Crystal went above and beyond to help us.

Having been almost completely ignored by the two staffers at the highway six location the night before, this location completely restored our faith in T-Mobile. Crystal, Allison, and the other staffer provided us with outstanding service and a smooth transition. We look forward to future business with them.

Sonia was incredibly helpful and able to answer all of my questions/concerns! I highly recommend using this store for any transactions with T-Mobile. This is one of the best customer service experiences I've had at a retail store. Cannot say enough good things!
