Dude at register today scammed me out my Fuel Rewards. He said “yes yes sir, I went through”
Not even his money. There’s plenty of people that’ll be grateful to have his job. It’s okay, I’ll
let him not do his job today, but tomorrows? Heh
Yea I’ll make a huge difference in lying cashiers, a bad review will show them.

I speak Spanish and English. The counter attendant spoke neither. Completely unable to communicate, and unable to accomplish the transaction. His unwillingness to learn how to communicate in this country seemingly caused him to become very irritated and aggressive. Avoid this dump.

The man at the counter was completely rude! He would not let the customer in front of me pay with a $20 bill and he wouldn’t cash in my $5 lottery scratch off. It is 6:20pm and he would not give us service. Such a nasty attitude!

Employee does not care about car wash card reader not working. I tell him that the card reader does not work, and he is confused and not caring about it. So if you want to buy a car wash buy at the pump is the only option.

It says open 24 hours, i came here cause i work late expecting to get some gas and a chunky black chick is walking around the inside on the phone saying she is closed for whatever reason. She needs a new job...

Hello, please be careful with this gas station for car wash. The service is terrible!!! Especially the cashier there. Won’t give me refund for broken payment machine and claim that my car wash code is expired while the receipt said is not. If the date on the receipt is not the expiration date then why print on it. The cashier said must be same day as payment made. I was not able to get my car wash and was not able to get refund for a non expired date on the receipt. The cashier said I have to wait to next morning to talk to manager while I told him that I need to go to work early and won’t be able make it. He asked me to please leave him alone. He can’t handle this case. He doesn’t know how to. Asked me to leave and don’t bother him. Continue emphasize I don’t understand him. I will never do car wash and get gas anymore for this gas station from now on unless they change cashier. Not for this terrible attitude!!!

The Indian guy working at the front counter was rude and yelling at me. My card couldn’t be read at the pump so I came in to pay. He kept yelling that the number I was parking at was busy??! and didn’t do anything to help. He even assumed that I didn’t understand him or English and just kept yelling. Left the place in shock and I will not go back.

I came into this place of business this evening around 8:45pm. It’s a time of emergency as all the stores, supermarkets, and most business are closed due to power failures and the whatnot. I was amazed to find some cat litter for my kittens and quickly brought the. To the counter with a high smile on my face.

This was until the cashier refused to sell me the litter. I asked why? He told me that it rang up for the wrong price $1.54 for a small back of generic cat litter. I insisted that I needed the litter and was met with a rude and unwavering employee. The other consumers in the building sided with me but the gentleman wouldn’t budge.

I will never return to this shell or any other shell on the planet.

Btw I did get my litter from a circle k down the street who sold me named brand litter for 3 something. Thank you circle k.

Just wanted to get 5 bucks in a lottery ticket but they didn't have change ??? Good thing I didn't need fuel! Never be back. 07-10 @8:01 pm.

Card declined however charge went through the bank. If you try to tell them they're rude about it. Save yourself some headache and go to a different location

I came into this location on 3/2/2019 at around 11 PM. There was a man outside smoking a cigarette when I got there. He was on the phone outside and stayed on the phone during our entire transaction. I have a bad chip on my debit card and most places I have to try it three times and then I slide it in and it works no problem. I asked the gentleman if he could get off the phone and help me but instead he informed me that his phone call didn’t have any effect on his job. Terrible service and I would recommend going somewhere else if you need to stop at a convenience store.

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY dint want to take my state I.D. for my credit card. He was very rude and unprofessional do yourself a favor and Go to EXXON or the other shell across the street. This guy doesnt deserve to be there. BOYCOTT HIM

Very rude customer service. I never felt more belittled in my life. The attendant also wasn't wear her mask at all the second time i went in to grab something. Very unsafe.

It would be nice if they could remove the bandit signs from their property every now and then.

Gas pump card readers are always giving issues. Employees seem to not care after mentioning it multiple times??
