2022.01.28 The first stop at the outlet was to have a coffee at Starbucks. Small cozy location. I had my my hot Americano and an egg sandwich.

Ordered through the app due to long line. Drink was ready in a couple minutes. My frappucino tasted great, not watered down like others have said. Would come again.

The people of this Starbucks crew are my heroes. My coffee is always perfect here as opposed to anywhere else in my area.

Three of us had the strawberry acai lemonade with sliced strawberries and loved it! So refreshing as we attempted to escape the sweltering weather. The lobby was not so cool but acceptable with the entry door repeatedly opening and closing.

I visited this Starbucks yesterday, yes there was a long line and yes I had to wait. ... but after being told they were going to brew some more coffee and it was going to be a little bit.... so I know this is shocking for most but I sat there patiently for a little over ten minutes and when the nice young lady had my coffee ready she asked was there anything she could offer me because I had been waiting so long and had not asked one time about my order...I was impressed that is customer service, because most people complain to get free stuff... I waited tables for almost ten years and have seen and heard the worst!!!! Kudos to this young lady for working so hard to make sure I was happy!! It was the best cup of coffee i have had in a while it was all due to the great experience!!!

For as busy as it was they moved really fast and drinks came out just as fast. Tasted great and was very polite and nice. Definitely would recommend

Drinks were made quick. I always stop here when I am shopping at the outlets.

Love love love Shipley Donuts, they have such a large variety. I highly recommend you go there and try it you will love it. And I have tried several other donut shop since I moved here this one is the best

I've got to remember to ask for Lactose Free! It was tasty but didn't sit right for me because of the milk.

I never went in Starbucks...walked by it while shopping in the "Outlets Store on Mason Road.This place is a great Family outing. Something for everyone. P.S. wear walking shoes !!
