Moonset General Store

This is a cool little store to stop into. It makes you feel like you're stepping back in time with their goods they carry. Definitely stop in if you're around this area.

I saw this little gem on the way into Morrow Mountain and I knew I had to stop. I am from the area but moved away years ago. I bought the French lavender candle and it smells so good!

This is a cute general store. I enjoyed looking around. They had ice cream, honey, and other beverages. Outside was a large Honey Bee displaced as decor. It caused me to want to go in and check out the clothes, candy, and array of items. Fun trip as we came off Morrow Mountain State park. So refreshing.

Great little store, amazing local honey is sold here and I got an ice cream cone after a long hike at Morrow Mountain. Super courteous young man helped and rang me up. Will be back!

I was very excited when I seen this store going into Morrow Mountain State Park. The coffee sign really intrigued me. The outside is neat and cozy looking. It’s very cute. Has a variety of things that are well priced. The coffee was really great and exactly what I was expecting. The girl at the front desk was sweet and kind. Definitely will be checking this place out more often after my hikes. Also they have their own honey and have a little library to take books on the outside which I thought was cool.

Super cute general store, camping supplies, worms, natural homemade products (soap, bath soak, candles, ect), lots of local honey, ice cream, iced coffee, frappes, ect. Good iced coffee! Friendly staff! Recommend stopping by!

Super cute! I don’t know how we’ve gone this long and not known about this place. Wish the popcorn machine was going, the candy bins full and cream soda were available; but would have been more disappointed if the ice cream was out. The best ice cream!

I always stop here when I visit Morrow Mountain. Iced coffee, ice cream & local goods.
I also get ice & wood here when camping in the area.

Super cute general store, lots of nice local knick knacks. The ice cream is great, snacks and drinks are nice too. Really fair prices, gotta stop here on your way down from the mountain.

What a great general store. From ice cream to local honey to a few camping/boating supplies, this place has it. They even have their own swag! The girls working the store were friendly and helpful! Perfect way to start or end a trip up to Morrow Mountain State Park.

Very convenient for state park visitors. The chocolate covered peanuts are excellent.

First time stopping by this place. Very nice people that greet you when you come in and tell you to have a great day when you leave. They have the best blackberry cobbler ice cream 🍦😊

Great little store right outside of Morrow Mountain state park. They have a good selection of convenience items and snacks, even ice cream and a few dessert pastries. Friendly service too. Last stop before you head into the park area.. go check em out.

Great little gift shop we found on our way beck from Morrow Mountain. They have delicious ice cream cones. Perfect ending to a day out. The workers there are always so helpful and friendly

Such a friendly atmosphere! The service was amazing and the ice cream was delicious! We arrived right at closing time. They stayed open a minutes longer so we could purchase some goodies after a hike at Morrow Mountain. We will return!

A quaint little spot at the bottom of the mountain. We had ice cream and iced coffee and both were wonderful! They also sale local honey, Morrow Mountain shirts and hoodies, and other nifty finds made locally. I would rate it 10 stars if I could!

Cool little place. Nothing near it. Cold soda and ice cream. I had ridden my motorbike up there and was hot. This was a great stop. Plus the young lady working the til was really nice.

Icecream is great. Love the feel of a historic local general store. The ladies that work there go above and beyond in their service. My daughter loves going here with me. We've made it a little tradition.

What a cute little corner store! It is clear that so much time and thought was put into this little gem. With a little bit of everything (gear, eats, local offerings, ice cream, coffee, and a conversation), this should be your only stop on your way up or down Morrow Mountain! Sweetest family owns and runs it. So happy we stopped!
