Bought a lot here in the early 90's. I'm happy with our gated community. We feel safe with our security staff and have the sound many children (of all ages) having fun. We have a Restaurant, pool, basketball court, playground, Pavilion, remote control race car track, putt putt, beach area for swimming in the lake, fishing, Bingo, a Clubhouse, Post office, grilling stations around the lake for family outtings and events throughout the year for everyone. It's my home away from home. My granddaughter is happy and we Love it. There are lots for sale if you're interested in checking us out. We welcome you.

My husband and I moved here a little over a year ago, and we absolutely love it. Very much peaceful. The one and only complaint I'd have is the laundromat. Needs a major upgrade. Major!!

I own a lot in Badin Shores Resort and we have so many amenities for all ages. There's something for everyone, I guarantee. Bring your NC fresh water Fishing License(s) and throw a line in the water. A secure Friendly place with a many good folk.

Badin shores is a very nice place to live or vacation to. There are very few rental properties. But owning a place here gives you alot of amenities. Pool. Basketball court. Marina. Beach area for lake swimming. Playgrounds. Church. And more. Gated community. See a real estate agent and get a tour.

Great place to visit and live. Lots of things to do around the park for everyone. Church located in the park-putt putt- beach area-playgrounds etc. Very clean and maintained. Come and check it out may just want to stay.

Very nice. Well kept development.. Owners are very friendly....family oriented. Plenty of activities to do on site.....just beautiful.

I'm new but have been going there for some time now. Very friendly community with lots of amenities.

Nice affordable lake livin'. Small rv spaces with nice ammenaties such as community pool, horse shoe puts, restaurant, community beach. Friendly people through out the community.

Am a resident full time, best move I ever made. Lots of good people here, and a killer bar and grill!!

Wonderful place to vacation at! We go every summer! 950 Mike round trip but worth ever mile and minute!

Cool place nestled on top of a big hill over looking lake an access to it all

It is out in the middke of no where. No driving once you are there. Just swim, socialize and eat and relax.
