Southpoint Counseling

I got a quick appointment in to see Cathy a year ago. Ever since then, I’ve been feeling so much better. She actually listens, she cares, she prints things out to go over with me and to guide/help me through things I battle. I’ve been to a fair share of therapists, and this is the first place I finally feel heard. Everyone there I’ve came in contact with is amazing. I love Cathy!

I was always nervous about going to a counselor but Cathy is simply amazing. She made me feel extremely comfortable with her and I no longer dread going for my session. Her advice is top notch with little print outs and everything. :D

My family has been with this office for a while. Receptionist always been responsive, kind and helpful.
Mr. McCarter has never missed an appointment and is always very flexible with virtual and in person sessions.

My daughter goes there and we absolutely LOVE Chandler!

I had one appointment with Sara Baker. At the end of the appointment, she had me look on my phone for the date. Which I did, then I marked the date with the time. When the day came I sat at my computer for, one hour and fourty-five minutes. With another appointment coming up I called the office. The person who answered said she didn’t have me down. Remember she had me put it on my phone. So I was told she would call me. She didn’t call. Called office back two more times. No return call. I had to call my insurance to recommend a new counselor. Very dissatisfied, especially because I told her things that were very hard to talk about. Now I have to do it all over again.

Tried to make an appointment, left voicemails, was never called back. Could never get answer by receptionist.
