My husband,son and I recently moved into the Marble area. Kathryn was our Buyers Agent...we could not have done it without her.We told her what we were looking for and she made it happen.We were still living in another area..she handled everything...she reported information almost daily. She was there with us every step of the way until the keys to our new home was in our hands.
We are now in our new home and have called her for advice...she still responds as quickly as she did when she was representing us.

When I decided to move from Miami to North Carolina, not only did I research the areas online, but also the realtors. I am the type that does in depth study for everything I do or buy. I found the little town of Murphy and my realtor, Kathryn Shanaberger. We corresponded via e-mail before I made the trip to see houses. I had picked out several to look at and told her what I was looking for exactly. When we met to look at those houses, I saw the ones I had selected were not what I wanted. But, Kathryn had one in mind that I had not seen on the net. It was perfect. Everything I was looking for. We made the deal right away and closed one month after. She made the whole process very simple, even the long distance paperwork. Even after I moved it she gave me information on people and places to get things done. Kathryn helped us when we moved from FL to Murphy and again when we sold our home in 2019. She is very knowledgeable of the Murphy and Blairsville area. She is an excellent photographer and provides an excellent presentation of the property which is so important in an online marketplace.
