To the district manager;

I have been to this store many times over the years, and I have to say that the food has been consistently good, the orders always accurate, the staff always polite and helpful, and most importantly I have seen the staff continue to be nice and helpful when a customer complained even though that customer may have not been in the right. The crew and management of this store work hard and I wanted you to know that. Been meaning to tell you for some time.

This burger King had the fastest service and freshest food, I got two whoppers and 1 fry , so good. I entered at 7:15 pm 2 of Feb 2024,

Very busy on a 2pm Monday afternoon, not sure if it was short staffed or what but we were made to wait to order for about 3-5 minutes. The staff were apologetic and the food came out quickly and was fresh! So no complaints here! I will also note, the tap water from the dispenser was fresh and tasted good! :)

Employees were very professional and kind. Burgers were hot and fresh.

I love Burger King I always have most of the people are very kind and sweet the dining room's clean they also have a spot to charge your laptops or phones or whatever at every and their food is delicious! I would definitely recommend getting food at Burger 🍔😄

I waited in the drive-thru line for seven minutes with two cars ahead of me. Then I spent ten minutes in silence at the order-speaker before a person asked to take my order. Then spent five minutes waiting for my order at the pick-up window. That was twenty-two minutes for two double cheeseburgers, a small fry and a medium Coke. Terrible service time. Just terrible.

To their credit, the payment was lickety-split at the first window. That only took about sixty seconds.

My wife and I love this particular Burger King because the staff are so sweet and helpful. I've never left a crumb on my plate. You just can't go wrong with a Whopper with fries. It's the most delicious burger from a national burger joint with no close second. They always accept coupons from the mail so we are well-fed and a tad heavier but at least not way lighter in the wallet.

The breakfast crew is always incredible. I'll keep going back for the friendly service. Keep it up!

The double whopper was very good. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I REALLY appreciated and enjoyed the Easter pictures on the Windows. Thank You!

I like burger King best out of all fast food places. Their chicken sandwich is not real chicken though which disappointed me. Where McDonald's is real Chicken not processed Chicken patty .. only thing I've found yet. And their ice cream or milk shake machine stayed on the blitz.. cant get the flavor you want. Still prefer their char broiled burgers best .

Very friendly staff, good food. I was surprised to see that both windows were open tonight which I haven't seen out of Burger King in a long time. Employees at both windows were very friendly. They food at Murphy Burger King is always good. It is put together well, warm, and Tasty. We very much enjoyed the new Christmas stencils that they had on the windows. These are very detailed and really nice to say such a nice touch that the Burger Kings do this time of year.

This Burger King is great! It is always clean and employees are pleasant and fast. Our orders are always done correctly, we come here often. We recommend it.

Quick and easy . Tasty as well.

We had the Impossible Whoppers and they were very good. Would have been better if they had put a little more mayo on them. The fries were great! The sweet tea was good too! We would recommend this restaurant to others.

This Burger King is best one I've eaten in lately. We eat here on a regular basis. The service seems quicker if you go inside because there's usually a line at the drive thru.

Dining room and restroom was very clean. Food and milkshakes were great! We appreciate you and your staff. Thank you!

Service was excellent. Facility very clean. Chris took my order and was very mannerable. It's not everyday someone says how was your Christmas and thanked my husband for serving in the military. I'm impressed.

The drive-thru line was way out in the road. I thought it would take forever, but they must have a great crew working because it was no time at all before I had my order and was back on the road! They were very pleasant too! Great customer service!

This isnt any exaggeration. During our recent trip we ate at least 3 meals that cost $50 per person while visitng Murphy, NC none of them were really that good. While at this Burger King, I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was super good. The meal cost like $8 and I walked out stuffed. None of the other meals came anywhere close in filling and taste. Next great thing was this was post Easter and they had lovely pictures of Jesus on the store glass. I was wowed to see that and no doubt the blessings of the Lord are upon this place for their love and devotion.

This is one of the friendliest, cleanest, & fastest BK’s we’ve ever been in! Michele took our order; smiled, patient, helpful & just a joy to have greet you! She seems to love her job & pleasing people; a real asset to BK! Our order was ready before we filled our drink cups & given to us by another smiling employee who we failed to get her name! Food is great, but employees far exceed the food! Thanks!
