Burlington Shoes Encore

This is one of my favorite places to shop in Murphy area for shoes. They have the biggest selection around. They have name brand sneakers, shoes, sandals, hiking boots, trainers, slippers, crocs and more. Tons of backpacks and accessories. The prices are great and there is always some kind of sale going on to save you money. The staff is super friendly as well and willing to go the extra mile to help you. The store is very clean too. I will definitely be back on our next trip.

I got the mukluks for my birthday December 24th, and when I got the box I literally no joke had 2 right shoes!! I was so heartbroken and as well as my boyfriend! He told me to bring them back and to fix them so I did the next few days.

The owner of the store was absolutely amazing!!! (*****) she was so upset along with me, that she said "you know what, you're the second person to bring in the wrong pair" she says "the last one before you only had 1 boot in the box from the manufacturer!" We started laughing I said "how the heck do they not check and double-check to make sure that the order IS right!?" she just shook her head she smiles she says "I don't know but I'm going to get this right for you!"

she was on the phone for almost an hour making phone calls out trying to get in touch with someone. she is amazing!!!! I highly recommend this to be my manager myself cuz (she cares about the customer) and
"it's all about getting it right" when someone else's mess up is in your hands.

Finally we got it straightened out and I love my boots and I can't thank enough the store manager who took care of me in this process of someone else's lack of caring!!!

she cared, she showed a lot of caring and I give her a gold * 5 gold stars for her efforts and her going the extra mile for me as a customer along with the other woman who only had one boot LOL thank you for taking the time and showing us that you truly care. Mrs. manager whoever you are, I hope you read this and you get the knowledgement that you rightfully deserve thank you for helping us have a great Happy New Year!

The lady's were really nice. They helped my ten year old find the pair of Crocs he was wanting and even had my why kids talking to them. This is the only place my kids want to go for shoes because they always have a nice selection in what they are looking for.

Customer service was excellent. Store was clean and well organized. They didn't have my size in the shoe that I wanted...but they took the time to place an on line order with free shipping. I will definitely be back come winter looking for some boots.

Help was good. I bought new athletic shoes. New Balance. Price was fair. Living in the mountains of North Georgia this store is within reasonable driving distance. Selection is good.

I always love going here for my daughter. They have some of the cutest shoes for her. Not so much for me because I have a small foot and have to shop in the kids section sometimes. 🙃

Been buying from this store for years and have always gotten great deals and excellent service.

I come to this store about once a year to get a new pair of shoes. The staff always seems attentive and asking if I need help with anything. Also, the store is kept clean and organized.

Great selection very friendly staff♡

My husband and I went into Burlington Shoes Store to browse their inventory. We were greeted warmly by the staff. The selection of shoes, different brands, was great. And, the store was very clean.
My husband went to look at the men’s shoes. I had tried on two pair of tennis shoes, but was having a problem with the fit, and also the feel. Collette came right over and offered to help me. She was so nice, experienced, and professional!
Collette asked me a few questions, then started bringing me shoes to try on. I explained that I’m a diabetic, so shoes that fit properly are an absolute must. She had knowledge of diabetes and how important good fitting shoes are!

She continued to assist me in my search for the right shoes. I was just amazed at the level of help I was receiving, all the while she was s helpful, and I trusted her judgment. Not only did we find a pair of shoes, but we found two incredibly cushioned, comfortable, just what I needed shoes! My husband returned with a pair of Justin cowboy boots.
We were both happy with our finds. The New Balance tennis shoes are the ones I purchased.
Our experience there was a pleasant one. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I can’t say enough good about everyone, and the large selection of shoes they carry. Needless to say, we will be returning to Burlington Shoes Store!

Good selection on shoes and sizes. Ok prices. They carry Nike,DC,Vans,New Balance, and a few more everything I needed. Even bought some memory foam food service shoes for work.

This store has a wide variety of all kinds of shoes for the whole family. There were some good sales in the store today. I've been buying shoes in this store for years and have always been a satisfied customer.

Always a great selection too bad they quit selling converse

Lots of variety in shoes and I was specifically looking for sketchers bc that was what I had been wearing for work so I didn't want to change. Shoe shopping is very difficult for me bc of past surgeries but I found what I wanted!

I drive 70 miles to go here. I wear a extra size shoe, hard to find in department stores. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly.

I love this place. So many choices of shoes, purses, and backpacks. My son and I go nuts in this store. And the prices are great!! My only wish is that there was one closer to me.
