We Dropped in while on vacation. It was a great workout; the facility is nice and well-kept. The best part of our visit was the community. Everyone said hi, made us feel comfortable, and was friendly overall! If you live locally, you should be here, and if you are traveling, drop in.

CrossFit Murphy is a community box that is welcoming to everyone. The programming is well suited for the athletes, the coaches are available to athletes and provide expert guidance on everything from the basic air squat to the Olympic lifts. To anyone who is looking for a way to take control of their health and fitness, CrossFit Murphy is the absolute best place to start, and remain.

I had a great experience at CrossFit Murphy. I've been visit the area twice per year and was looking for a local gym to get a work out in. I reached out via FB messenger and was promptly given the schedule and drop in link. Once I got to the gym I was welcomed by all. The trainer was attentive and made sure everyone understood the work outs. The gym is modern and well maintained. Overall great experience. I'll be back.

CrossFit Murphy has really helped me with my fitness goals. The coaches are very supportive and work with you to help you learn the movements. The owner, Brandy, and her staff are great. I would recommend this gym and style of working out over any others in the area. You won’t regret giving them a shot. They also have an in house chiropractor who I’ve been told works wonders. This gym seriously has it all.

CFM is a super friendly and helpful gym! You feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. The Coaches are wonderful, helpful, and encouraging the entire time you’re working out. Not exaggerating one bit, CFM saved my life! I was in a really pivotal and dark place before committing, and I walked in and felt an overwhelming amount of love, support, and kindness. Not only does it always kick my butt, but the camaraderie and friendships I have built has been vital for me. We all show up and show out for each other and it’s by far my favorite aspect of this gym. Clean gym, great friends, killer workouts, and always some healthy competition to get better one day at a time. Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

I came into the gym with little to no knowledge about how to workout to take care of my body, and a month and I am so thankful for this gym! The coaches are beyond helpful, the people are so encouraging and the cleanliness of the gym is also very settling. All of that as well as knowing that the gym is centered around Christ makes this gym the place I want to be all the time. Thankful for my CrossFit Murphy family for taking me in & loving me & encouraging me so well already!!

CrossFit Murphy is a Wonderful place centered around God and helping people become the best version of their self. They make you feel like family the first time you walk in the door. The coaches are some of the best around. They are very attentive and helpful when it come to showing you how a workout or movement should go. I highly recommend stopping in and checking them out.

Joining Crossfit Murphy was the best thing i could have ever done for myself! Great people, clean gym, coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the programing for the work outs are great! anyone on any level of fitness can come in and get a great work out.

This is the first CrossFit gym I've ever joined in my life, and the whole experience has been nothing short of awesome.

For reference I'm a former smoker who was desperately out of shape and had packed on some extra pandemic weight, and I was honestly terrified of joining CrossFit because I'd heard the workouts were so intense it made me feel like I'd need to achieve a certain level of fitness just to start CrossFit. Turns out this isn't true at all, the coaches gave me truncated workouts that I could actually handle, and EVERYONE at this gym is encouraging and positive.

Honestly this gym has been my absolute favorite thing that I've found while living in this area, every time I get a great workout, great conversation, and a ton of laughs. I cannot emphasize enough just how welcoming and friendly the people are who attend - both staff and members.

If you're someone who wants to get in shape but has no clue how to actually work out, sign up for this, it's money well spent.

P.S. Some of the reviews mention religion so I just wanted to point out nobody is in your face with anything. The gym t-shirts say "God, Family, CrossFit" and there's a quote from The Bible in the corner of the whiteboard, nobody talked to me about religion or tried to convert me or anything of the sort, so if you're not a big religious person you'll be fine.

Also there was a billing issue that happened where I got double charged randomly, and it was an absolute breeze to get it fixed. All it took was telling the owner about it and in less than five minutes she took care of it.

If I could pick up this gym with everyone in it and plop it down in my new city I would do it in a hot second. I'm going to miss this gym and the people I've met here, especially the noon class.

Absolutely the best hour of my day! Solid varied workouts, clean gym, stellar coaching staff, community second to none, and a sweet Christian atmosphere! Highly recommend!

I was a member for a few years after CFM opened and recently came back 11 months ago. Best decision I could of made! Our entire family loves going! The coaches are extremely helpful and the friendships we have made are priceless! Everyone at CFM is like a second family to us. And the gains in fitness is an added bonus too!

The coaches are so helpful, encouraging, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s such a great atmosphere and they make you feel welcome and like you belong. Walking into CFM is the best part of my day!

I have been attending this gym for over 8 years and I cannot begin to explain how important it is to my mental and physical health. The comradary between the members is unparalleled and each person is invested in the others. I will soon be 52 and because of the programming and encouragement, I am in as good if shape as I have ever been. Worth every dime if the membership cost.
