Cherokee County Health Department

I’ve been to this place several times for vaccinations as well as getting titers done. All the staff here are incredibly friendly, warm and super helpful. The receptionists are super sweet and professional. The nurses are caring, knowledgeable and kind. Whether I am calling in to ask for information or I’m there in person, the staff has always been informative, welcoming and never made me feel rushed. Personally, I always leave there feeling great from their wonderful hospitality. In fact, I just got off the phone with their receptionist just now and her sweetness really made my day. This really inspired me to leave a review, which I rarely ever do, but they deserve the recognition. I highly recommend this place if you need any health related services. Again, I can’t stress enough how lovely the staff are and I always feel genuinely cared for. Thank you staff of Cherokee county health department if you guys happen to see this :)

I had routine bloodwork done. The staff was friendly. I didn’t have an appointment, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The cost of the lab work was significantly lower than if I had gone to a private company without insurance.

Dr. Lane and all of the clinic staff - nurses and front office - are a total godsend. They are always kind and go above and beyond to help and answer questions. I can’t believe how lucky we are to have such wonderful staff at an affordable community clinic. Thank you all!

I came here for both Covid shots. The office staff was very efficient and friendly. The nurses were very professional and also personable.

I have been here for blood work and to see Dr. Lane. They are all very friendly and efficient. Dr. Lane is experienced, warm and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who has financial constraints.

It said that the clinic opens at 8:00am although NO-ONE, NOT ONE PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE & I HAVE CALLED FOR 23MIN.... That's really very unprofessional... No excuse for this at all period....!!!!!

Took my water sample in for test. Sign on girls door. said she was with someone. The guy before me finally got up and left. A woman came out of a door. looked at me said nothing. went back in. I sat there for another 15 minutes. And I left. I came back at 1 o'clock I went back to the women's door it was locked. So I Sat there for awhile. no one came. So I asked the lady at the clinic. what was going on. She said on she's gone. So I said I'm just trying to drop off a water sample. She said oh I can do that. What the hell. Have some courtesy. An at least put a freaking note on the door.

Called several times this tues and wensday 12 26 and 27th never got through. Web site stated they were open. I never received the results of the test I paid for over two months ago so I drove an hour 10 mins this morning to get a copy . When I arrived, there was an office print out stating they were closed through the 27th and would be open the 28th !! How does no one think about updating their website with the schedule or even the recording saying all lines are busy try again later ?

Nasty place the people there lie to your face they don't honor there appointments they tell you to be there at 1pm then when u get there they will refuse to see you bc u have to be there at 8am but they tell u ur appointment in at 1pm over all not a good health department

The Wic office isnt a good resource to use. They made my pregnancy so much more stressful on me and I dont reccomend them to anyone.

Seriously was just wondering about appointments and a very rude lady answered the phone and when I went to schedule an appointment she just ended the call… 0 customer service

zero customer service. waited 3 months to be told we can't help you, after being told they could.
