Eller & Owens Furniture

A couple of years ago, I was in a time crunch and needed a mattress. After calling a few places that could not meet my needs, I called Eller and Owens and talked with Kim Mills. She was so helpful and got us a setup delivered right on time. She stood out in her desire to be of service. She didn't have to make such an effort, but she did it with style, which left a lasting impression.

We are building a new home in Young Harris. We contacted Kim again to get us started on furniture. She has a wonderful ability to listen to our needs and make recommendations. Kim's experience allows us to create better, cost-effective decisions. She's up-to-date, current, and has a fresh perspective that we've enjoyed. Thank you, Kim, and thank you, Eller and Owens.

The entire experience was amazing! Cathy made shopping for our home furnishings a fun experience. She helped with picking out fabric, colors, furniture and then making sure it to fit in our home space.
The home deliveries were fantastic! Very helpful with placing the furniture and used great care moving it throughout our home.

I really enjoyed walking into the Murphy location. Everyone was very kind. Very helpful in regards for me. Looking for all my furniture needs I do recommend to go into the Murphy store. Rick at the reception desk was so helpful why I was waiting for my designer Cathy to finish up. I definitely would recommend going in there sit out and have a cuppa coffee with Rick while you’re waiting for one of their busy designers.

This store has great quality Carolina furniture. Kim was very knowledgeable about the entire product line and helped us find the perfect style and size couch. She also assisted in selecting the custom fabric. Cannot wait for the delvery!

My first time to visit this store. Wonderful store with lots of beautiful furniture , rugs and accessories to choose. Very nice employees, too. My salesperson was Regina Delili and she helped me find a media console that I love! Regina spent so much time showing styles and finishes. She got me many discounts and the price was within my budget. When I got home I realized the finish I chose was much too light for my room. I called Regina and sent her pictures of the existing furniture in the room and she helped me choose another finish that will match much better. Regina, goes above and beyond to make her customers happy with their purchase. The prices were so good that I also bought a new rug!

My wife and I purchased some living room furniture today from Eller and Owen’s. We were greeted by a wonderful lady named Kim who was extremely helpful and courteous! She showed us so many options and allowed us to make our own decisions. It was so refreshing to have such a fine professional helping us! Thank you for a great experience. We had such an excellent experience, shopping at the store! From the time I walked in and met Regina, to the second trip when I purchased my furniture, I felt like I was getting all of her attention. We were able to find everything on our list for our new Murphy home! The quality is wonderful and they are able to get furniture quickly.

This was a first experience at Eller & Owen’s! What an AMAZING experience! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Cathy Drewicz who truly knows how to work with customers who are “shopping”. She picked up on our needs, our style, pointed us in an area of the store that fit what we were looking for and gave us plenty of time to look around. And without any pressure….we found the sofa that worked best for us. From there Cathy helped us with our fabrics and before we knew it WE HAD A SOFA! Great service!

We were in the market for a new sofa and recliners. We met with Kim Miller who provided us with interior design advice with regards to our color scheme, and guided us towards the furniture best suited for us.

Kim spent a lot of time with us explaining the different manufacturers, materials used, warranties etc. offered by the manufacturers.

She is very knowledgeable about the products sold at Eller & Owens.

Awesome service. Regina helped us with our selections and colors. She was extremely helpful with picking out matching pieces for our living room. No need to shop anywhere else. Good discounts when we bought multiple pieces of furniture. A few months later we bought a new mattress. Regina remembered us and also had all the info about the mattress that we had been considering during our first trip. Excellent service and extremely nice people.
