Crystal helped me and was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I did not purchase the item I came in to get because it wouldn’t fit in my space at home. I did decide to buy a bench to go in front of my bed and it looks fabulous!

Badcock’s sales lady, Crystal, was very helpful in choosing the perfect recliner. Delivery was made on time and delivery men were great. We are very pleased with the recliner and hope to visit Badcock’s again soon.

Our initial visit we were greeted and assisted by Crystal (Murphy location) that helped us select living room, dining room and both mattress sets. We called a couple weeks later to pay via phone being were are from out of state and had to wait for cabin to be completed.
Wondering why our receipt shows the name April(took payment via phone) as sales person when Crystal actually assisted us from day one??

Crystal was a great help and guide on our furniture choices at this location. Arrived as promised and was quickly loaded for the ride home. The follow-up call was nice also.

Crystal was very helpful, she went over my needs and wants and found the perfect recliner for me. We ordered the recliner and Crystal kept us informed of the shipping schedule. The customer service was above and beyond!! Trying to buy a couch unseen from another state to put into a Airbnb could of turned very badly. I called on Memorial Day spoke with Marcy who was extremely helpful and professional. She made the whole process painless and my new couch was delivered in less than 24 hours!! I 100% recommend buying here!

Our experience at Murphy Badcock was super! Crystal, the Sales Lady was very accommodating with size info and quality info. She was not pushy or hovering. It took my husband and I several days and several trips to make our decision! The delivery was promised within 2 weeks but we got delivery 5 days after purchase. All in all, our experience was great! We have recently purchased 2 different things from Badcock in Murphy. Both of our experiences we're wonderful. April was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable of the products we were looking at. Our first purchase was an oversized recliner and it is very soft and comfortable. The second was a queen size bedroom suit with the dresser. It is very solid and absolutely beautiful. Thank you April for helping us find exactly what we needed!

Great service through this pandemic, everyone had their masks on.  The associate was very helpful, set up an account and arranged for delivery in less than 20 minutes, highly recommended.  Delivery was set for 2 weeks, to my surprise it arrived within 10 days, they were in and out in less than 5 minutes, and they had masks, a job well done.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We found a perfect recliner and it was delivered on time. The delivery driver was great and placed our recliner where we wanted it. We will do business with Badcock again and would not hesitate to recommend to our friends.

Many thanks to Theresa and Marcie for advising us on our mattress/foundation purchase! Theresa personally recommended a mattress that she owns and really likes so we decided to go with that particular mattress and it is great! She also recommended some pillows that are very nice as well. Delivery was in a very timely manner (6 days I think) and the delivery team was very courteous and professional! Keep up the great work!

We bought our daughter a Sweet Dreamz Mattress and it is amazing. Teresa was extremely helpful and the price fit right into our budget. We will definitely shop there for future furniture needs. Customer service was awesome.

Great staff and excellent service. Wouldnt go anywhere else. I've seen a few negative reviews on this store and staff but I can tell you from experience that you can't find a more knowledgeable and helpful staff. I've been a customer since 2004 and wouldn't shop anywhere else. You might find a cheaper price elsewhere but I don't think you'd find the quality. Marcy, Ronnie, and the whole Badcock staff have made it easy for me to get what I need when I need it. Everyone has their opinions and are entitled to them but I don't think you'll find more caring and helpful ppl. These ppl are like family to me and I'd strongly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to to whole Murphy Badcock staff. I love you guys and you know I'll be back for whatever I need.

Found a very nice piece of furniture at a reasonable price. The service was excellent, the Personnel were very helpful and friendly. They gave me same day delivery.
