😊Update: 3rd time's the charm! At NO fault of Country Comfort Solutions the new board previously installed was faulty. Jarrett [same awesome tech as last time!] came out and replaced the faulty board with a new one [thank you Jarrett!] AND at NO charge for parts OR labor!!! Thank you Brad!!!! What an amazing company!!! In a day and age where customer service is so frequently lacking [or completely non-existent], it is soooooooo great to be able to rely upon Country Comfort Solutions!!!

WOW! Brad and his crew are great! They are professional, courteous and clean! When we called with no heat, Jarrett made an emergency visit to our home and left the furnace area cleaner than when he began the service! They also wore shoe covers to protect our flooring and that means a lot to me, it shows that they don't just care about the job, they care about us as well as our home! When the issue unfortunately repeated itself, Brad showed up personally and got our heat up and running again and only charged us for the parts! Not to mention his pricing beats ALL the competition, hands down! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Brad, we appreciate you, your company, and your thoughtful employees!!! We have been doing business with Country Comfort, Brad, for years now. Just this past Friday they replaced our heating & air units. Brad @ Country Comfort is excellent!! He does his job but in a friendly manner. We have multiple indoor pets and he is patient about working with us around them. He explains everything so well. He cleans up like he was never there when done. He has a yearly membership plan which helps with prices. As long as Brad is in business he will have my support and business!!

Had a ductless heat pump system installed and it is great! The installation went smoothly. Brad worked very hard to obtain the equipment, in spite of supply chain issues which were beyond his control. He was able to find everything and get it all together, which took a lot of effort.

I've been a Country Comfort Solutions customer since 2007. Brad installed central air to a rental property of mine. The price was fair, the service was excellent! He helped with some duct work in a second rental house of mine the next year. Once again the service was great! In 2013 I built a house and Brad was my only choice for HVAC. He installed a heat pump system and all the duct work. I'm 100% happy with the whole experience! I'm the Building Services Manager for a local business. Brad has installed several commercial units for my company as well as some residential units. All that were bid jobs. His prices are always less with comparable equipment. Country Comfort is a top notch business, Brad cares about his customers and the growth of his business and it shows!!

Brad came by our house on a Friday late in the day to get our outdoor unit checked out. It was a particularly hot week and I knew they would be very busy, so I didn't expect to see them come by for several more days.

Brad was able to explain what the issue was in a concise and understandable manner and offer us a few solutions with no pressure towards any of them.

Brad, owner of County Comfort Heating and Cooling, is great. Very knowledgable of all aspects of A/C and heating, and very personable as well. Unlike others who tried to no avail, he fixed our A/C problem right away and helped make sure it wouldn't happen again. He was also very helpful with easy energy saving advice and tips he found thru his own experiences. I highly recommend using him. By the way, this is first time I've done this review thing, but he deserved it.

Brad was a life saver! My heat went out late in the evening on a pretty cold night. I called my original HVAC company and the after hour rate was steep and I could tell they did not want to be bothered with the problem. I called Brad and his response and price was VERY professional. He showed up sooner than what I thought and was quick to get to the problem. He was informative and so kind and made the whole process less stressful. The time he spent answering my questions and checking everything out ment alot to us. He will now be the only one I call for issues with my system. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Not just for the service, but for the respect and kindness they show the customer.
