I literally just witnessed a Karen to say the least , this chick sent hee kid in to get her stuff . He paid for the wrong order . Apparently hers didn't come threw she instantly trys to snap a attitude an jump down the employees throat for the app not working correctly... she got her refund an stomped out after being rude as she could... it's 930 at night they close in 30 minutes.. he offered to make her meal an she just shook her head .... I'm like wow this is what a Karen looks like ... the employee handled the situation with ease..... cause I would of lost it if someone acted that way at the end of my night...

I’m leaving a review about the amazing customer service. We were visiting Platte city last weekend for our son’s robotic competition, I ordered on the app for pizza to be delivered to the middle school. After ordering I was informed that they did not have a delivery driver at that time. I opted for just going to get the pizza myself. The man working apologized multiple times for the inconvenience, he threw in free soda, sauces and a Parmesan shaker. The pizza was delicious.

Always gets our order right and the food is always fresh and tasty. Absolutely love the Fiesta Beef pizza. So glad it's on the menu again.

Ordered from this location approximately 50 or more times and I will say it seems like their pizza and delivery times are improving! The latest order I got from them today was probably the best pizza I’ve had from them and it was just a simple order of one large cheese pan style with extra cheese pizza and one large pan style pepperoni lovers pizza. Hot and fresh with great crust. If you like boneless wings as well we have tried them in the past and they are great as well!

The Cashier was busy but the cook came out and greeted me almost immediately. So nice. I was in and out in a minute. My pizza was perfect, cooked well and topped exactly as i expected and evenly dispersed. Thank you

I ordered pizza for a family that has a sick little girl. Jett, the delivery driver, went above and beyond to make sure he got the delivery to the correct address and on time. He called me to verify the address and then followed up with me after he successfully completed the delivery.

Our past couple of orders have been really good. We typically get a thin crust and original crust with cheese sticks. Everything was tasty and always on time when I pickup my order.

i usually get pizza here when i am helping at my moms nail salon nearby. the service is decent and the place is very clean, and for the pizza it’s actually pretty good. it is my go to pizza hut and better than any of the other locations i go to :)
