Went to buy a thermostat a few months back, the lady took $10 off the price because the cheapest option wasn’t available, she reminded me several times that it has a warranty tied to my phone number, and it did, I got the same part again through it. Very helpful people.

Sheila went Above & Beyond !!! Ran battery & alternator test.
The amazing thing was she brought a bottle of cold water out to give to my dog. And she was willing to help put my battery cable on the next day when it arrived.
Last time I was here, I bought a gallon of transmission fluid for my husband's work van.
They brought me the most expensive gallon they sell.
Now, I didn't know where to put it in. So, I asked if one of the 2 men there could help put it in.
THEY BOTH IGNORED ME THEN.

Yesterday our battery died in -5 weather we were able to get a ride to O’Reilly’s to get the battery, but was still stranded at McDonald’s in platte city we where having a hard time doing the battery ourselves and SHEILA was amazing and offered to come out and help us if it wasn’t for her we would have been stock there a big thank you to her. She is amazing.

Sheila helped us check our battery and helped us gwt the parts we needed to get us back on the road. I appreciate the above and beyond effort. You have earned a loyal customer for sure.

Shelia and RJ were amazing with helping us with our alternator and our belt! We are from Memphis, about 9 hours away from home and still have another 10 hours drive time and they did everything they could to make sure we got back on the road safely! Would HIGHLY recommend coming to see them!!

Sheila the manager came out with her team to fix my headlight and replace my battery. They had to work really hard on it since it was corroded- but they used every measure they could to do it. Everyone was friendly and really helpful!

The manager is amazing helped me put a sensor in my car and treated me like family, and today they are helping with my wiring for my headlight amazing people. I have never heard a bad thing about this place

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They can run the codes on your car and help you figure out what is wrong. They'll let you use their tools in the parking lot to work on your car as well. They really do go above and beyond. The manager of this store is great. Always very well run and clean

I am a 70-year-old woman who panicked when an “oil change required” notice came on near Weston because I wasn’t due for an oil change and have never seen that notice before in the three years I have had my car. Because I was far from my dealer, I found the nearest O’Reilly store. Even though the store in Platte City was short-staffed, one of the two men behind the counter (I should have asked his name) took the time to check my oil and assure me I was fine.

I had a headlight go out, was 45+ min from home and of course didn't have my tools or flashlight in the car. These guys were kind enough to actually change it out for me so I could make it home safe and sound. Thank you so much!!

Stopped by to pick up an air filter for my truck. The clerk went so far as to go get it off the shelf for me.
