I have gone there since I was 16 and I'm 50 now, and my parents went there also. Jeff is nice, honest, fair, helpful, and highly knowledgeable...he is the best there is, and I don't want to go anywhere else.

Jeff fixed my Ford Edge. He put a new alternator in it and it’s back running again and for the cheapest price I could find in the northland area! The entire process was extremely pleasant and he was super nice and very understanding the entire time! I’ll now be coming to him for all of my repairs! Thank you Jeff you were amazing.

Jeff is honest and upfront and not out to sell stuff to you that you don’t need done to your car. This is good business practice with integrity. I will bring my car from now on to and I will refer others I know to bring their car to for repairs to him because I know he will treat you right!

I called Gladstone Auto Repair requesting an estimate for a complete brake job on my SUV.
Jeff got me in that day because of a cancellation and finished the same day. I had my car back by 6 pm.
The most awesome part of it was their competitors right across the street (Northland Auto Repair) had quoted me $800 more for the same job. Thank God I trusted my gut and went to Gladstone Auto Repair!
So glad I found this gem of an auto repair shop amongst a sea of B.S. ripoffs!!!

Was concerned about brakes and shocks. Took it in to be checked and was expecting a hefty bill as I have never used this place. Got a call later in the day. No issues were found, and there was no charge for the checking of everything. Won a regular customer there.

Jeff the owner of the shop is absolutely amazing!! I went to Firestone on Antioch for a wheel alignment. They told me they couldn't do the wheel alignment because the tie rods bolts were frozen, and they couldn't undue it and wanted to charge me $600 for new tie rods. I called Gladstone auto and Jeff told me to come by and he would check it out. Jeff put a torch to the frozen nuts and got them loose and didn't charge me ANY money. I tried to pay him, but he wouldn't take my money lol. He is truly a good guy and saved me 600 dollars! Thank you, Jeff!!

Was having brake issues. First time visit for me. Stopped by on a Monday, scheduled a Friday to have them checked out. Dropped off @ 8am and my vehicle was ready @ 1:00. Fair price and I'll be returning when necessary.

I really trust these guys! My undercarriage came off on the highway so had it towed and they fixed it right away. They will also help when you call in about something minor. They are the Best!

Great service and very informative. My kia soul was having some suspension problems. We discussed the issue over the phone and I got an appointment scheduled a few days out. Brought it in that morning and got it taken care of in no time.

I cannot say enough how amazing this place is! I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but I can’t. I called in having an issue with my car starting and I had been told by other places it was the alternator. I called a number of places to get rough price quotes, and every person I talked to was rude and not helpful whatsoever. A few of the places talked down to me and made comments about me being a woman and not knowing much. However, when I called Gladstone Auto Repair, the gentleman that helped me was an absolute blessing! He took the time to ask me questions and explain what he thought might be wrong based on my scenario. Not once did he speak down to me or treat me like an idiot. He spent about 15 min on the phone with me answering questions and breaking down what would happen at my apt. He did not take advantage of the fact I was a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely be back!

Been going to them for 20+ years and I've always had a positive experience. Even when they had bad news about my vehicle. Plus they don't overcharge like most places and they do great work. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!!

You will not find a more trustworthy auto repair business. They're prices are great and they will not try to swindle you into getting something repaired if it isn't needed. This place still stands as the only place that has never ripped me off. A friend recommended this place and I could not be more thankful.

Gladstone Auto Repair has been in business for a long time. They are one of the few legitimate businesses left. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an annoying electrical problem. The technicians at Gladstone Auto Repair weren't able to fix the electrical problem. They were honest and said that because of how the manufacturer has the computer system programmed I would have to go to the dealer and get it fixed. They were able to research and preform a procedure that eliminates the need to apply the brake and the accelerator at the same time when starting to reverse or drive forward. I can now drive my Jeep without the car automatically shifting into park after taking my foot off of the brake. Since I can drive my Jeep without the extra effort require, I will not be taking it to the dealership for repair. I'm not going to pay them to start putting expensive parts on my Jeep that might not fix the problem and make it worse. I do wish that Gladstone Auto Repair would have taken payment for their time. I even insisted they charge me for their time but they firmly insisted that they didn't fix anything and today was free. You will never be fleeced if you use Gladstone Auto Repair for all you automotive needs. They are honest and will never lie to you. They will never start hanging parts on you car that you don't need and they will tell you upfront if they can repair your problem or not. All my cars will go to Gladstone Auto Repair if I can't fix them myself.

Got me right in for an inspection when all other shops said they were booked up for weeks. Really nice guy...
