9Round Lee's Summit North

I just finished my 6week challenge!!! Through the easy to follow eating plan and the amazing trainers I was able to not only pass but exceed my goal of 6% body fat loss. I lost a total of 13 pounds of body fat, 7%! The workouts were always different and never boring, fun way to get stronger mentally and physically. I highly recommend it. This is not the end of my fitness journey!

I absolutely love 9 Rounds. I have only been a member for a little over a month but it is the best gym membership I have ever had. I went in one day after work (in scrubs) to just look at the facility and ask a few questions I had about joining....I immediately left, went home to change, came back and did a full workout and left being a member. It is exactly what it says, a full body workout in 30min. The trainers are great, always encouraging me when I need it but not breathing down my neck. I am excited to continue my fitness journey at 9 Rounds!

My experience with 9Round has been great! I participated in one of their 6-week transformation series after the first of the year.
One of the things that drew me to 9Round was the nutrition program built to ensure you are eating right during the 6-week transformation.
The place is set up into 9 stations with exercises that you do as many reps as you can within three minutes before transitioning into the next station which includes non-stop cardio with weight training mixed in.
I was initially skeptical of the gym thinking it could not have the same benefits of a regular gym. I was wrong! After meeting with one of there trainers and getting some more info on the program I decided to give it a try.
I was first impressed with the fact that there is a trainer there all the time to help with the exercises and keep everyone on track. They change the workouts daily, so the trainers know that anyone new will need more explanations on how to do the exercises and they were always ready to explain during each of the 9 rounds.
The owner was very hands on with sending out texts to see if you had questions or if there was anything he could help with. He was able to answer questions about the diet plan quickly.
They have an InBody scale that tells you your body composition such as body fat, muscle mass, water weight and skeletal mass so you can really see how the weight you have is being disturbed and how you body is changing during the 6 weeks.
There was a lot of support from the trainers who are all knowledgeable and very patient during the workouts.
I was able to lose 29 pounds and 9% body fat during the 6-week transformation and beat my goal of 25 lbs.
I continued my membership after the 6 weeks because I felt that I got more out of the 9Round program than I did going to a regular gym; I could not be happier with the results. If this is something you would like to try stop into the gym and a trainer can walk you through how everything works.

I have nothing negative to say about this 9Round location at all! The trainers are excellent, the workouts are fierce, and the facility is clean and comfortable.

The owners and trainers make it a point to not only know each individual personally, but to get to know our fitness goals and work with us to achieve success. Workouts match the amount of effort you put into them, and the trainers will push you to give your very best. Likewise, if you have a particular issue, concern, or "problem-area", they will work with you to customize any technique to be more comfortable while still providing maximum results. It is such a thrilling experience to see actual results that stem from my efforts (lifting heavier weights, lasting longer with cardio exercises, flipping the tire on my own, and doing more "real" pushups).

I have been a member for 2+ years, and cannot imagine not having 9Round in my life. The trainers, the owners, and many of my fellow members are like family to me, and I look forward to every grueling workout.

I absolutely love going to workout! After retiring from college athletics, I wanted something that would be able to keep up with the high intensity workouts that I was used to as well as fit into my new hectic work schedule! All of the trainers are fantastic and really make the workouts fun!

I am a working mother with limited time. I am able to go into 9Round and get a great workout, stretch and be out the door in 40 minutes. The trainers are great and work with you to ensure that you understand each round. I started the 6 week transformation in January and have lost a total of 30lbs. #9roundstrong

I love the convenience of it where I can show up anytime. The trainers are are very optimistic and engaged. The facility is always clean and fresh. Great gym where they make you feel like family!

Literally the best workout of my life. I am 32 and have been playing sports, lifting weights with and without trainers, crossfit and many other places.... hands down the best! I love the trainers and owners, they all will help you in whatever way they can

I’ve “worked out” at gyms before, you know the routine, walk/run/jog on the tred mill, 30 min, elipitical machine, 30 min, MAYBE lift a 10 lb free weight 10-12 x’s and call it a day. That my friends was not a workout 🏋‍♀. A workout is what you will truly get at 9Round! You won’t be left to figure things out by yourself - there is ALWAYS 1-2 trainers there showing you how to get through the exercise and encouraging you at all times! I LOVE THIS PLACE! If you like a challenge then seriously you need to check them out. I promise you, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! Intense and continuous workouts, nice trainers. Had amazing results, put on 4 pounds of muscle in a short time. Great place.
