Northland Auto Pro

Northland Auto was able to solve my electronics issue in my older Honda Accord for less than half of what the dealer would charge. Very pleased. Enabled me to keep driving our car with no safety features compromised.

Brought the car not starting. Not knowing the issues. They were able to figure it out. Keep me well updated and didn't cost an arm and a leg.
Light came on after a few hours they repaired everything they got me back in asap and got it all taken care.
100% will be using them for all my car needs and upgrades.
The ladies in front are very friendly. There workers are great and knowledgeable

It was easy to set the appointment. We dropped it at night in the key drop. They called us first thing in the morning to clarify the work needed and they finished that work by the end of day. It’s all we could have asked for. Thumbs up from this guy!

I came in for an oil change because of a coupon mailer. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. They did not try to upsell me on any additional maintenance and they honored the price on the mailer without any additional charges -- which is not the experience I've had at other auto shops. Overall, it was a great experience! I'll be using Northland Auto Pro again for future routine maintenance and repairs.

I have an old truck I bought just for picking up stuff from Home Depot. It's 24yrs old and it didn't pass inspection at one shop. They said I needed $2000 worth of work. I got a second opinion at Northland Auto Pro. Where there was one part they agreed on they couldn't agree on the rest of the repairs

Went in for an inspection and was in and out in no time! The mechanic who did the inspection was thorough and took the time to show us what would need to be worked on in the future. An absolutely fantastic experience!

Honestly I did not get any service done yet but I will visit them soon. I went in because I had a slow leak in my tire. So the let me know what the issue was in a very timely manner. The two ladies in the office were super nice and professional. I'm giving 5 stars to office team. I definitely will return in the future when I need work done.

Ford F150 had the speed senor go bad on the lead frame (transmission electronics). Gary Crosley was over a month before their shop would even look at it. After doing some research I settled on Northland Auto Pro. They were still a couple days to get it looked at and confirmed (it was around the 4th of July holiday). They called with a quote and ordered parts quickly. They did great with sending updates via text and even a follow up text to make sure things are going well. Reasonably priced great family business instead of waiting forever to overpay at the dealerships.

I went in due to issues with my vehicle misfiring. They performed a diagnostic check and was very informative about the issues I was having. I appreciate that the mechanic explained everything to me regarding my diagnostic check. Although, I would have liked for them to service the issues, they were honest enough to tell me that I should have my vehicle serviced at Audi, as it is a German vehicle and they would recommend I take it there so that it can be serviced by an Audi dealer due to the issues. They were very generous and gave me a ride to work while my vehicle was being diagnosed. Thank you 😊

I've taken my car to Northland Auto Pros twice. Both times, I have received excellent service. They are friendly, professional and ethical. They kept me informed every step of the way. These days, great customer service is hard to find. I wish more businesses took greater pride in the service they provide to their customers. They could probably take some lessons from these folks. Even if you are just looking for an oil change, I would recommend Northland Auto Pros.
