Accord Group

My review is for the staff and personnel of the Oak Crest Roofing Team under the Accord Group. We were absolutely thrilled with their service and responsiveness. We had our roof replaced by their team and needed some minor repair done and they were professional, quick to provide service, and so accommodating! We got the work completed and their Service Manager, Keith Michelfelder, came to our house and provided pictures to show that the roof repair was complete. He took his time out to do this on the Saturday before Easter and I see that as pure class!! Thank you for the quick response. You are a real credit to all of your customers and we appreciate your entire team.

I have worked here now for over 3 years. Many people are scared to take a risk on a commission job. But I was actually looking for one so that I could make what I deemed myself worth. I’m not surprised that the time and energy I put in has led to higher earning than I previously made, because that’s why I took the job. I was pleased to see though that the core values we stand for as an organization actually mean something to every level of management in this company. We have like minded individuals that are constantly looking to not only grow the company, but to personally grow as humans. After 3 years, which is always the timeframe I’ve given every job to see if it’s the right fit for me, I can honestly say I found a life long home and career. If you ever want to change your life, have a go get it attitude, then apply today! If you put in the work and effort you’ll never regret that decision!

I clean the Accord Group every weekend. I do know the higher ups are really cool people. They have always been good to me and seem to be caring people.

Amazing group of leaders!

I got an email to set up an interview by access through a link for the person’s calendar. It immediately didn’t work. I sent numerous emails and made a phone before finally a couple days later the person I was to interview with contacted me. We set up a phone interview for 10/13/20 and sent a calendar invite. He was supposed to call me. He never called. One their website it says as one of their mottos, integrity. We do what we say we will do. Ha! That’s highly laughable. So if they can’t even send an email or make a phone call on some as simple to reschedule or cancel an interview how can you trust them with remodeling your home?

I used Accord to replace my roof. I have never encountered such an unethical and disfunctional company. Dustin Doll, the owner, will screw you over to line his own greedy pockets.
