The team concept that we have formed allows us to successfully present a great product to the public. I build them & she sells them! Let me start by saying, that what I'm about to say should NOT be expected of Cynda; she has gone far above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to selling a home for us. I'm sure we all imagine a real estate agent simply clicking a few buttons and getting our house sold, listed, etc etc. But that's not it, as I've found. When selling our home in Raymore, MO, we had a lot of issues. These issues weren't Cynda's issues, they were my issues and the buyer's issues. Did that stop her from helping me out? Nope. She took the reins, took stress out of my hands, and made every. single. thing. about selling my home a thousand times easier. I've never felt more compelled to write a positive review. If I ever buy a home back in KC, or I have a friend selling, or purchasing a home in KC.. Cynda is the ONLY person I'll recommend, hands down. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience, and would encourage anyone looking for a realtor to stop looking, and end with Cynda.

His communication is top-notch and he cares. But, above all, his honesty really shines and makes him trustworthy and someone we have loved working with. We won't work with anyone else.
